Performs research on market and pricing. Attends contract meetings and documents information from meetings. May conduct new-hire orientations as required. May attend career fairs as needed.

Usually required to have knowledge and skill in casework methods acquired through degree program at school of social work.

Manager EDI Healthcare

Manages the daily electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. Develops and implements strategies for electronic data interchange capabilities to ensure the quality and flow of all EDI transactions. Investigates and develops new EDI solutions for business operations, involving needs analysis studies, project plans, and status reports. Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new EDI systems, enhancements, and upgrades. This position reports to a director-level position, and is typically the first level of supervision.: Implements and maintains EDI communications and trading partner routings, and resolves trading partner's technical problems. Performs audits to ensure the quality of the data provided. Establishes security and backup procedures, as well as system disaster recovery processes. Creates documentation detailing technical design. May be responsible for training.
