Performs diversified clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas within Human Resources. Illustrative activities performed include setting up files on all new personnel, photographing and assigning employee number; recording changes on all employee status as necessary (e.g., change of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, terminations, etc.); verifying payroll changes with computer printout; enrolling new employees in programs; conducting short orientation to explain benefits; processing and recording employee information, such as personal data; compensation, benefits, tax data; attendance; performance reviews or evaluations; termination date and reason; processing employment applications; and assisting in other employment activities.: Compiles and maintains personnel records. Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses. Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized people. Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports. Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communication. May explain bonding procedure required by company, and assist in completion of bonding application. May compute wages and record data for use in payroll processing. May compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration and be designated Benefits Clerk. May prepare and file reports of accidents and injuries at establishment. May administer and score aptitude, personality, and interest tests.

SAP HR Consultant

Provides functional expertise for the coordination and implementation of a SAP Human Resources system or process. Integrates packaged technology into a client's business environment in order to achieve the client's expected business results. Integrates HR module with other SAP modules.: Performs studies and conducts surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions. Helps determine the best solutions, while transferring knowledge to the internal HR team. Formulates and defines system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of affected HR business systems, processes, and requirements. Manages and coordinates development applications including requirement definition, project plan development, documentation, and support. Provides input for the deliverables, schedule, and quality of implementation projects. Assists with planning the project and forming and directing a team to accomplish project tasks. Works with business units in analyzing, identifying, and recording business processes. Translates user requirements into SAP functionality and identifies resulting gaps. Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities.

Marketing Assistant Manager

Assists Marketing Manager in the promotion and direction of the marketing or service activities, improvement of organization's product image, market data, and information. Supports a broad range of marketing activities and/or promotes sales and creates goodwill for organization's products or services among customers or prospects. Calls on existing or potential customers.: Attends sales meetings. Ensures that representatives are kept informed of changes in territories that might affect product sales or services. Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records. Supports advertising programs and communication programs designed to promote products or services. Plans own work schedules within limits assigned. Works closely with organization personnel to ensure prompt service to customers. Keeps informed on organization contract procedures and product prices. May prepare displays, tour territories, make speeches at dealers' conventions, and call on individual merchants to advise on ways and means for increasing sales. May demonstrate products representing technological advances in industry.
