Medical Records Coding Technician

Compiles and maintains medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patient condition and treatment. Reviews medical records for completeness and to abstract and code clinical data, such as diseases, operations, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems. : Compiles medical care and census data for statistical reports on types of diseases treated, surgery performed, and use of hospital beds, in response to inquiries from law firms, insurance companies, and government agencies. Maintains and utilizes variety of health record indexes and storage and retrieval systems. Operates computer to process, store, and retrieve health information. Assists Medical Records Administrator in special studies or research as needed. May code medical records for reimbursement purposes.

Compliance and Coding Specialist

Monitors and implements compliance procedures covering the privacy of access to patient health information. Reviews medical records for completeness and to abstract and code clinical data, such as diseases, operations, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems. Typically exists in a health plan or within a medical facility or institution. Typically requires the equivalent of an associate's degree and two to three years of related compliance experience and training in CPT and ICD-9 coding.: Coordinates all internal and external changes associated with products or services to assure legal compliance with regulatory guidelines. Conducts regular compliance audits and investigates/resolves complex compliance issues. Compiles medical care and census data for statistical reports on types of diseases treated, surgery performed, and use of hospital beds, in response to inquiries. Develops and maintains an organized, methodical documentation system for communicating, implementing, and managing new and existing regulatory requirements. Establishes and administers a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and taking action on complaints concerning privacy policies and fraud concerns. Organizes and maintains files of contracts, records, and correspondence. Maintains and utilizes variety of health record indexes and storage and retrieval systems. Operates computer to process, store, and retrieve health information. Prepares, proofreads, and distributes reports, correspondence, forms, etc., of a specialized and confidential nature. May assist in the development of contracts and procedures to ensure compliance. May also develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor a fraud and abuse compliance program. May deal with patient/client files and other patient/client specific information of a confidential nature.

Operations Associate

Ensures the effective functioning of administrative and financial operations and systems in support of office management. Assists with the reporting and management of the organization's daily accounting activities.: Supports accounts payable management including data entry of invoices, check disbursements, monthly reporting, and vendor file maintenance. Assists with accounts payable archiving and reconciliation of bank statements and merchant credit accounts. Prepares cash receipts and deposits, batches, and data base reports. Assists in the development and preparation of the annual budgets. Prepares presentations, membership materials, financial reports, and other necessary documents. Assists in the recruitment and hiring of new personnel, including preparation of position descriptions, position description advertisement, collection of respondent resumes, and coordination of interviews, document and record interview results, and personnel actions. Assists in the orientation of new personnel to corporate policies, procedures, and benefits. Supports front desk operations.

Coding File Clerk

Classifies materials according to subject matter and assigns numbers or symbols from predetermined coding system to facilitate accurate filing and reference: scans correspondence, reports, drawings, and other materials to be filed to determine subject matter. Ascertains specified number or symbol, using code book or chart, and marks or stamps code on material. Assigns cross-indexing numbers if subject matter should be classified and filed under more than one heading. May revise coding system to improve code usage.

Slot Operations Manager

Manages and directs the daily operations of the Slot Department. Supervises all slot operations staff and ensures regulatory compliance. Directs and oversees slot machine operations, repair, and maintenance.: Ensures staff is knowledgeable about service expectations, features, attractions, promotions, and special events to better service customers. Prepares reports and records on department activities for management. Managers are designated according to functions, activities, or type of department managed. May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer.

Electric & Gas Operations Manager

Manages employees and contractors engaged in the operation and maintenance of electric or gas facilities and related equipment. Oversees the safe, reliable, and diligent operation and maintenance of assigned facilities. Manages the human, physical, and monetary resources required to meet customer needs and maximize business, including receiving, processing, transporting, and delivering the required daily volumes of electricity or gas consistent with system demands and customer allocation rates using planned resources.: Oversees assigned employee's cost expenditures to meet capital and operations and maintenance budget requirements and ensures compliance with spending policies. Collection & Delivery Operation Manager

Manages the collection and delivery of parcels or items from and to residential and business addresses. Ensures all parcels or items are delivered/collected on time and that tracking information is available to customers and colleagues. Liaises with organization management and current and potential clients on a regular basis. Adjusts operational elements and communicates change and ownership of client invoicing and contractual adherence.: Reviews, analyzes, prepares, updates, and distributes reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. Analyzes historical reporting data, volume projections, and financial impacts. Makes changes and recommendations as appropriate. Develops management information according to contract. Produces accurate invoice summaries in accordance with contracted process. Analyzes all schedules of the services agreement. Gains in-depth understanding of contractual obligations between organization and client. Adjusts call routing configurations or staffing levels on an as-needed basis. Tracks scheduling exceptions including attendance, approved off-phone activity, or policy violations. Works with internal departments to ensure adequate time allowance for changes to the operation. Carries out relevant safety checks on collection and delivery vehicles. Monitors and analyzes financial performance and prepares department budget. Recruits, hires, trains staff, evaluates performance, and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Manager Operations Research

Manages activities of operations research department of industrial or non-profit firm in accordance with established policies to provide improvement, cost reduction, and/or optimization of performance. Provides guidance and technical assistance in engineering and scientific research methods to staff. First level supervisors and/or Operations Research Analysts typically report to this position.: Monitors research projects through staff's preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences. Reviews and analyzes results of research surveys, studies, or programs, and the compilation and analysis of factors, and submits recommendations to management for approval or action. Plans, develops, and implements new approved programs and ideas and recommends the expansion or discontinuance of current projects or programs.
