Treasury Analyst

Reviews and analyzes all operational cash flows for the organization. Analyzes the organization's financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements. Evaluates need for procurement of funds and investment of surplus. Advises management on investments and loans for short- and long-range financial plans. Assists in preparing the organization's financial reports. Ensures an efficient banking structure to support the organization's overall operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. Supports all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the organization and supporting the cash forecasting process.: Ensures the continued, accurate operation of the company's treasury systems and supporting schedules. Establishes required bank accounts and performs the daily administration of bank accounts, investments, and/or debt obligations to include required funding and disbursement and compilation of cash position. Monitors rates and analyzes the impact of changes on the deposit accounts. Identifies proper approval for transactions, initiates domestic and international electronic funds transactions for settlement of obligations, and approves appropriate transactions. Develops and maintains required records and maintains proper internal controls of recorded transactions. Provides standard reporting of accounts and their respective balances. Maintains internal auditing practices and recommends more efficient methods of controls. Reconciles daily and month-end schedules and statements. Prepares year-end reporting of investment activity for annual reporting. Documents treasury procedures and maintains appropriate detail in coordination with treasury responsibilities and initiatives. Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures for all cash desk operations. Assists other members of the Treasury Department with projects encompassing the organization's capital markets activities.

Global Network Manager

Manages the voice and data global network applications and infrastructures supporting the business of the organization, as the technical leader and subject matter expert, providing leadership, vision, and direction in order to support the organization’s business objectives. Leads, designs, implements, and supports all deliverables for the critical global voice and data network infrastructure, managing teams over multiple global geographies.: Interfaces with Global IT Directors and Managers on the strategic direction of the applications and infrastructures. Provides tactical information technology advice to staff, and examines the ramifications of new and existing technologies. Proposes strategic initiatives to senior IT management. Works proactively in satisfying the development and implementation of tools and technologies to improve efficiency and provide costs reductions to the program while supporting annual growth for the business. Leads production network development and implementation of new sites and customer additions as well as requested changes to the network including network monitoring, network modeling, network analysis, firewall rules, routing changes, Domain Name System/Active Directory (DNS/AD) environment, etc. Leads role in collaboration with organization partners to achieve required end state including adherence to hardware, software, and security standards. Collaborates with multiple project teams to ensure adherence to and consistency with the organization’s architecture principals. Performs capacity planning and manages follow-up implementation of increasing/decreasing capacities. Submits budgetary requests, sets performance standards, conducts employee performance appraisals, and participates in hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.

Treasury Accountant

Compiles and prepares external and internal financial data, and maintains and ensures the accuracy and time efficiency of financial management reports, including monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports. Assists with accounting activities relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records. Reviews and assists in the daily and month-end accounting activities, including bank account and balance sheet reconciliations. Reconciles vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing of services, investigates and resolves exceptions, and audits vendor bill rates to ensure they match contracted amounts. Assists in establishing and maintaining systems and internal controls related to cash management.: Prepares accurate and timely general ledger account reconciliations subsequent to month end. Ensures that reconciling items are identified and cleared on a timely basis. Submits reconciliations for manager approval, and completes the related sections of the monthly account certification report. Maintains journals or subsidiary ledgers. Reviews invoices and statements verifying information and ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated. Analyzes and reconciles accounts with operating unit reports, researches cause of discrepancies, and takes action to ensure accounts are balanced. Audits, prepares, and maintains standard accounting journal entries requiring some calculation of entries. Manages and controls corporate cash, debt facilities, and short-term investments of surplus funds. Prepares short-term cash flow projections and assists with weekly cash forecast. Manages daily cash processes, reviews cash activity, and prepares cash position and summary reports for management. Identifies, recommends, and implements best practice cash management processes. Manages and controls debt facility reporting requirements including communicating with lender and ensuring debt agreement compliance. Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with bank or lending contracts, GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Analyzes bank services and fees and makes improvement and/or optimization recommendations. Maintains and administers Treasury documents including Letters of Credit, banking agreements, and process and policy documentation. Acts as primary point of contact to the Treasury community. Coordinates the resolution of bank-related issues and questions. Identifies and implements changes to bank service requirements and needs. Prepares certain Treasury and cash position reconciliations. Acts as primary contact for internal Treasury related questions. Participates in projects to develop or enhance financial models and analysis tools. Assist in the ongoing development of accounting processes and procedures under standards developed by financial management.

Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Performs research on market and pricing. Attends contract meetings and documents information from meetings. May conduct new-hire orientations as required. May attend career fairs as required.

Retail Sales Merchandiser

Services and sells to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Interfaces with a number of different retail outlets that carry the manufacturer’s merchandise. Provides service and maintains a good working relationship with retailers. Builds rapport with clients and customers alike.: Sells and ensures quality in-class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintaining salability of all authorized items. Achieves all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan. Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Surplus-Property Sales Officer

Disposes of surplus property, other than real property, using knowledge of merchandising practices. Inspects property to ascertain condition and estimate market value. Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots. Assigns and directs activities of sales personnel. : Prepares advertising material and selects media for its release. Determines method of property display and sets prices of items to be sold in conformity with value and market. Advises interested parties of salvage possibilities. Recommends destruction or abandonment of property not deemed possible or practical to sell or salvage.

Sales Agent Real Estate

Rents, buys, and sells property for clients on commission basis. Promotes real estate services and solicits owners in order to obtain new listings. Studies property listings to become familiar with properties for sale. Draws up real estate contracts, such as deeds, leases, and mortgages.: Reviews trade journals and attends staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions, property values, and legislation that would affect real estate industry. May assist buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services, such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal. May obtain pictures and measurements of rooms, doors, windows, or any other specified areas for inclusion in newspaper advertisement and real estate booklets listing description of property. May inspect property to determine if repairs are needed and notify owner. May conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques. May prepare closing statements, oversee signing of real estate documents, disburse funds, and coordinate closing activities.

Product Or Brand Sales Manager

Plans, designs, develops, and executes organization's marketing plan for assigned product by establishing effective selling strategies. Provides territory analysis of competition and potential to Sales and Marketing management.
