Food Services Manager (Full Menu)

Manages the food services operation of a full-menu restaurant with table service or similar establishments; may also include small- to medium-size institutional facilities. Account Executive Field Sales Representative

Oversees and/or handles the service, solicitation, or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Finds and contacts potential new customers in order to grow the membership base and revenue in a designated territory. : Cultivates and maintains favorable contact with accounts of the organization for the sale of products and services in assigned area or territory. Sustains a record of high sales achievement. Demonstrates complete knowledge of organization's policies, products, and/or services. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Submits time and expense reports to management. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers needs. May specialize in a specific product or service. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Account Manager Client Services

Manages and motivates a staff to help deliver outstanding service and strong account management to a broad customer base. Manages the service or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Provides thorough and professional services that enable the organization to meet the customer's expectations. Account Services Director

Oversees, leads, directs, and manages the account services group. Facilitates new business growth with existing clients to generate additional revenue. Manages relationships, generates revenue within client base, and provides client support at the organizational level. Partners with the account management staff in the development of strategic solutions and business development. Manages on-boarding of new business into account services team.: Coordinates with the account management staff on customer-specific items. Assumes responsibility for client retention and satisfaction. Leads in developing business from select prospects, in coordination with top management goals and objectives. Supports top management with client presentations, and collaborates with marketing on various conferences and/or presentations. Coordinates customer visits and other day-to-day activities with the account management staff. Schedules and participates in annual client reviews. Coordinates reporting needs from each group and works to deliver standard reporting instruments. Schedules and manages various in-market activities and events. Drives service and reporting standards within group for assigned accounts. Controls costs with focus on improving yield through collaboration with other internal operating teams. Assures smooth billing/invoicing process and account receivable collection. Conducts orientation sessions on-site, or via web technology for specific clients. Keeps abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations. Utilizes superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Oversees and manages the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met. Addresses employee performance problems in accordance with personnel policies of the organization. Coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports, and provides career development opportunities though active recruitment, training, and quality management activities. Conducts annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

Account Executive Advertising

Maintains and analyzes organization's general and subsidiary ledgers, verifying and entering into ledgers the details of the organization's financial transactions. Performs journal entry preparation and posting. Reports weekly cash projections. Reconciles and maintains bank accounts. Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable. Records assets and leases. Maintains payroll and personnel records. Files Federal and State payroll tax returns, and computes related deposits. Fuller

Operates fulling mill to shrink and interlock fibers of woolen cloth by application of moisture, heat, and pressure: threads cloth through tension guides or rollers which control shrinkage in width between pressure rollers, and through trap (crimp box) which controls shrinkage in length. Sews ends of cloth together to form endless rope, using portable sewing machine. Turns handwheel to regulate pressure on tension guides and sets air pressure gauge on rollers and trap, following specifications for style of cloth. Turns valves to admit water and soap solution to tub through which cloth passes. Measures distance between markings on cloth to determine when specified shrinkage has been attained. Ravels seam connecting ends of cloth and guides cloth over reel into handtruck.
