Food Services Manager (Full Menu)

Manages the food services operation of a full-menu restaurant with table service or similar establishments; may also include small- to medium-size institutional facilities. Time Clerk

Distributes and collects time-worked reports or inputs. Reviews employee time-worked reports or inputs for accuracy and to assure information is properly recorded and coded. Verifies proper authorization for time worked. Ensures time worked is correctly allocated to proper account. Reviews computer printout alerting employee of potential problems or errors. Communicates procedural changes in payroll policies and regulations.: Collects and files time cards. Reads time-worked data and inputs to payroll or other personnel systems. Checks time-worked records for accuracy. Logs data as required regarding sick pay and vacations. Reviews disputes and errors.

Aircraft Time Clerk

Keeps records of usage and time intervals between inspection and maintenance of designated airplane parts: compiles data from flight schedules and computes and posts amount of time airplanes and individual parts are in use daily, using calculating machine. Maintains card file for individual parts with notations of time used and facts taken from inspection records. Notifies inspection department when parts and airplanes approach date for inspection, including accumulated time and routing schedule. Records work notations onto inspection report forms, using typewriter. Prepares reports on schedule delays caused by mechanical difficulties to be filed with federal aviation administration. May keep reports on amounts of gasoline used daily. May keep employees' time records timekeeper.

Clerk Time Card

Flight Crew Time Clerk

Compiles flight time record of flight officers for payroll and crew-scheduling departments to ensure accuracy of payroll and legality of flights: posts data, such as time in flight, type of aircraft, mileage flown, and weight of aircraft, onto flight time records, using posting machine. Reviews union agreements to ascertain payroll factors, such as meal expense allowance, billeting allotment, and rates of pay. Computes pay payroll clerk. Compares figures with flight officers' logs to detect and reconcile discrepancies. Notifies crew schedulers of total accumulated flight time of each officer and submits pay records to payroll section.

Time Study Engineer

Develops work measurement procedures and directs time-and-motion studies to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities: directs or conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements of job duties. Analyzes work study data and equipment specifications to establish time and production standards. Applies mathematical analysis to determine validity and reliability of sampling and work study statistics. Applies principles of industrial engineering and applied psychology to evaluate work methods proposals and to develop recommendations to management affecting work methods, wage rates, and budget decisions. Trains industrial engineering technician in time-and-motion study principles and techniques.

Time Card Clerk

Maintains and analyzes organization's general and subsidiary ledgers, verifying and entering into ledgers the details of the organization's financial transactions. Performs journal entry preparation and posting. Reports weekly cash projections. Reconciles and maintains bank accounts. Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable. Records assets and leases. Maintains payroll and personnel records. Files Federal and State payroll tax returns, and computes related deposits. Prepares financial statements and requested financial summaries and reports, including month- and year-end reporting.: Analyzes and corrects current-period errors in the general ledger. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports. Produces and files program reports. Assists in monthly budget analysis. Prepares annual budget to include program allocation. Provides special information/reports for management as requested. Handles billing and collections.

Real-Time Power Trader

Evaluates market conditions and buys and/or sells energy hourly or in real time. Analyzes transactions to assist in identifying and executing energy trades. Ensures that transaction terms are beneficial to the organization and adhere to risk management guidelines. Implements real-time trading strategies and provides asset optimization/portfolio management for existing generation assets.: Assists in making purchases and/or sales of energy with other entities in accordance with established contracts and procedures to balance loads and resources in the most efficient manner. Maintains a transaction spreadsheet and verifies the day's trading activity. Ensures compliance with rules and regulations relating to power trading. Gathers market intelligence and provides deal structuring and evaluation support for long-term sales efforts. Assists in conducting short-term forecasting to ensure adequate resource availability and provides power schedule interchange information for use in administration. Assists with data analysis and development of available solutions or alternatives in economic and technical analyses to support marketing proposals and business recommendations. Establishes credible and effective relationships with trading counterparties or market participants to recognize and develop opportunities. Assists with daily and month-end checkouts with System Operations EMS and billing transactions. Assists with the preparation of power transaction reports for management or regulatory agencies. Assists with support functions during regulatory proceedings.
