Sells financial services and provides customer support to prospective and existing customers. Opens new accounts and services established accounts.: Provides members with all necessary disclosures and information for service. Conducts orientation interviews on services with each new customer. Provides basic financial services to customers such as answering general investment questions, placing trades, sending and receiving payments, checking and savings transactions, transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, line-of-credit advances, assisting with account balancing, etc. Responds to customer requests, problems, and complaints, resolves issues, and directs them to the appropriate staff. Provides accurate market data and cross-sells products.

Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, program, or operating changes to be implemented. Promotes organization in financial markets to assure sources of capital.
Guides and directs financial analysis, evaluation, and report generation activities of current and proposed financial plans in a manner designed to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, provide timely, meaningful reporting of operations, and effectively plan for and audit the financial needs of the firm. Oversees the financial analysis staff. Provisions adequate capital to meet current and future needs through development of an economical capital structure. Ensures optimum utilization of financial resources through sound forecasting and cash management. Minimizes tax liabilities through planning, researching, executing, and defending all Federal, State, local and foreign taxes applicable to the corporation. Ensures continuing departmental effectiveness through selection, training, development, and motivation of a competent staff.
Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.: Uses computer software for research, audit, and analysis of clinical and business data to help identify and understand opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Selects appropriate statistical methods. Provides accurate and useful reports about potential business opportunities. Remains current on data sources and analysis tools. This position typically requires a Bachelor's and three years of clinical or financial analysis work experience in a healthcare environment. Interprets data concerning investments, their price, yield, stability, and future trends, using financial periodicals, securities manuals, and personal interviews. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Constructs charts and graphs regarding investments, revenues, expenses, budgets, trends, and various other financial areas. Advises management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interprets budgets to management. Conducts and may lead audits. May assist in financial analysis of legislative projects to develop capital improvement budget. May act as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications. May assist communities in developing budget and efficient use of funds. May provide functional and technical direction to other staff members.
Conducts statistical analysis and applies principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures. To carry out responsibilities at this level typically requires a four-year degree. Develops and implements financial plans for individuals, businesses, and organizations, utilizing knowledge of tax and investment strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate: interviews client to determine client's assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives. Analyzes client's financial status, develops financial plan based on analysis of data, and discusses financial options with client. Prepares and submits documents to implement plan selected by client. Maintains contact with client to revise plan based on modified needs of client or changes in investment market. May refer client to other establishments to obtain services outlined in financial plan. May sell insurance to client, recommending amount and type of coverage sales agent, insurance. May buy and sell stocks and bonds for client registered representative. May rent, buy, and sell property for client sales agent, real estate. May be registered with professional self-regulatory association and be designated certified financial planner.
