Financial Analysis Supervisor

Supervises, coordinates, documents, and participates in professional level analyses of information affecting financial and accounting programs of public, industrial, and/or financial organizations. Interprets data concerning investments, their price, yield, stability, and future trends, using financial periodicals, securities manuals, and personal interviews. May oversee a number of clerical and financial analyst staff members. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Constructs charts and graphs regarding investments, revenues, expenses, budgets, trends, and various other financial areas. Confers with individuals and groups to disseminate information and answer questions relating to financial assistance available to students enrolled in college or university.: Interviews students to obtain information needed to determine eligibility for aid. Compares data on students' applications, such as proposed budget, family income, or transcript of grades, with eligibility requirements of assistance program.
