Associate Product Manager

Provides product management and marketing support in accordance with the strategy developed by the Product Manager. Assists in managing the research and development staff and programs with improvement and cost reduction ideas and the introduction of products, processes, and services. Assists in the development of the marketing plan of the product, processes, and services. Recommends potential of new, or ways to improve existing, products, processes, and services.: Researches products, processes, and/or services of comparable competitors. Reviews and evaluates research results and makes appropriate recommendations to management. Tracks and evaluates product performance. Analyzes and reports data patterns which affect the marketing of the products, processes, or services. Makes recommendations to enhance the functionality and profitability of the products, processes, or services. Keeps management informed of product updates and on progress of projects. Develops and monitors project budgets and schedules. Controls research expenditures within approved budget limitations. Reviews and evaluates research results. Prepares reports on progress and recommends the addition, expansion, or discontinuance of projects or programs. Develops and maintains relationships with management and sales representatives. May manage activities that are directly related to the product, including sales and customer support. May recruit, hire, and train department staff, evaluate staff performance, and develop goals and objectives for staff.7

Maintenance Advisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools: directs workers engaged in repairing and maintaining parts of equipment and machines. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in installation of machinery and equipment. Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of machinery and applying knowledge from past experience. Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery millwright supervisor. Performs other duties as described under supervisor. May requisition and keep supply of spare parts. May modify programming of robots and related equipment, such as robot controllers and programmable controllers. May coordinate activities of workers engaged in programming machinery and equipment. May supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in making structural repairs to buildings maintenance supervisor.

Pharmacy Associate

Assists Pharmacists in filling orders, checking prices, and stocking shelves in a retail pharmacy establishment. Serves customers at a pharmacy counter and processes purchases. Typically requires on-the-job training.: Takes customer orders, delivers customer orders, computes charges, handles payment, and enters data in computer. Cleans equipment and sterilizes glassware according to prescribed methods. Types and files reports and completes forms as directed. Assists in receiving and storing supplies, stocking shelves, checking prices, and maintaining inventory.

May assist in screening applicants for establishment training programs. May write employee newsletter. May operate audiovisual equipment to review or for giving presentations for training program.

Assists Web Editors with developing, coordinating, editing, and maintaining assigned content on organization or client websites. Communicates web standards and guidelines, content processes, and strategic direction of the website to necessary staff. Ensures that content meets organization's or client's needs. : Confirms project specifications and troubleshoots encountered problems to ensure timely delivery of finished product. Monitors compliance with corporate guidelines. Reviews written submissions for formatting, layout, design, and specification requirements. Serves as backup for other Web Editors. Maintains familiarity with other web applications and new online technologies. Provides advice and counsel on communications, web writing, copy editing, and technical matters.

Human Resources Advisor

Nuclear Plant Technical Advisor

Monitors plant safety status, advises operations staff, and prepares technical reports for operation of thermal-nuclear reactor at electric-power generating station: observes control-room instrumentation systems and confers with operating personnel to ensure safe operation of plant. Walks throughout plant and observes machinery, equipment, and operating procedures to identify potential hazards. Examines locations of accidents and transients (sudden changes of voltage or load) and obtains data to formulate preventive measures. Implements changes in systems, procedures, structure, or equipment to improve safety. Compares critical parameters with plant transient predictions and accident analysis and determines whether response of plant safety systems is sufficient. Formulates corrective actions, calculates critical parameters from raw data, and computes rate of control rod withdrawal during reactor startup. Confers with operating personnel to provide technical assistance and to discuss maintenance activities, abnormal conditions, and safe operation of plant. Prepares reports to inform management officials of any proposed changes or irregularities in plant operation or systems.

Community Relations & Services Advisor Public Housing

Promotes tenant welfare in low income public housing developments: initiates and maintains liaison between local housing authority and voluntary and public agencies for development and managements of public housing developments. Facilitates establishment of constructive relationships between tenants and housing management, and among tenants. Secures social services, such as health, welfare, and education programs for improving family and community standards. Provides leadership to tenants in development of group activities, such as adult education and recreation. Refers families with personal problems to community resources. Cooperates with other organizations in development of understanding and interest among voluntary and public agencies participating in long range plans for urban improvement.

Associate Financial Analyst

Assists in compiling, analyzing and interpreting financial information for management decision-making. Assists organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control. Analyzes past and present financial data of organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance. Assists in the compilation of the annual plan capital budget, monthly forecast capital expenditures updates, and the long-range plan capital expenditure projections. Analyzes capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc. Analyzes the financial projections for monthly income estimate forecasts, annual and long-range plans, and special studies using integrated financial software.: Generates the monthly income estimate and operating reports including written commentary and analysis of variances. Performs other ad-hoc financial studies such as lease versus purchase, internal rate of return, etc. Assists in accounting for all assigned financial transactions in an effective and efficient manner by gathering, analyzing, classifying, and recording financial data. Summarizes financial data through the preparation of reports, schedules, statements, invoices, and filings, including rate filings. Analyzes accounts and financial results by developing an understanding of assigned financial and related business transaction flows, including supporting electronic data processing systems. Maintains accurate financial and accounting records which are in compliance with applicable company policies.
