Directs the preparation of reports which outline the region's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and future operations. This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance and may require certification as a Certified Public Accountant.

Human Resources Advisor

Provides establishment personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within establishment to facilitate communication and improve employee human relations skills and work performance. Talks informally with establishment personnel and attends meetings of managers, supervisors, and work units to facilitate effective interpersonal communication among participants and to ascertain human relations and work related problems that adversely affect employee morale and establishment productivity. : Evaluates human relations and work-related problems and meets with supervisors and managers to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues among personnel. Provides advising services to students to promote personal growth, academic and career planning, and decision making. Assists, guides, and motivates college students to realize professional and educational goals. Monitors academic success of students, including GPA, SAP, graduation progress, midterm warnings, and student honors. Provides student advocacy to resolve issues that affect student satisfaction.
