Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Field Services Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of field service engineers engaged in the installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and machinery in field installations. Supervises installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet schedules. Interprets specifications and job orders to employees, and assigns duties. Is required to be adept in activities of employees supervised. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for completion of job assignments. Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and may allocate operating budgets funds. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. May instruct employees in electronic theory. May supervise workers in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Sales Recruiter

Prepares employment agreements, extends job offers, arranges for any pre-employment activities such as drug screening, and completes and routes new-hire paperwork. Informs appropriate organizations of new employees. Maintains and distributes recruitment data. Conducts routine follow-up meetings with personnel on customer sites/projects. Performs research on market and pricing. Attends contract meetings and documents information from meetings. May conduct new-hire orientations as required. May attend career fairs as required.

Field Auditor

Audits financial records to determine tax liability: reviews information gathered from taxpayer, such as material assets, income, surpluses, liabilities, and expenditures to verify net worth or reported financial status and identify potential tax issues. Analyzes issues to determine nature, scope, and direction of investigation required. Develops and evaluates evidence of taxpayer finances to determine tax liability, using knowledge of interest and discount, annuities, valuation of stocks and bonds, sinking funds, and amortization valuation of depletable assets. Prepares written explanation of findings to notify taxpayer of tax liability. Advises taxpayer of appeal rights. May conduct on-site audits at taxpayer's place of business and be designated field auditor. May audit individuals and small businesses through correspondence or by summoning taxpayer to branch office for interview and be designated office auditor. May perform legal and accounting work in examination of records, tax returns, and related documents pertaining to tax settlement of decedent's estates and be designated tax analyst. May review most complicated taxpayer accounts and be designated tax examiner.

Retail Sales Merchandiser

Services and sells to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Interfaces with a number of different retail outlets that carry the manufacturer’s merchandise. Provides service and maintains a good working relationship with retailers. Builds rapport with clients and customers alike.: Sells and ensures quality in-class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintaining salability of all authorized items. Achieves all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan. Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Sales Agent Real Estate

Rents, buys, and sells property for clients on commission basis. Promotes real estate services and solicits owners in order to obtain new listings. Studies property listings to become familiar with properties for sale. Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease. Draws up real estate contracts, such as deeds, leases, and mortgages.: Reviews trade journals and attends staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions, property values, and legislation that would affect real estate industry. May assist buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services, such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal. May obtain pictures and measurements of rooms, doors, windows, or any other specified areas for inclusion in newspaper advertisement and real estate booklets listing description of property. May inspect property to determine if repairs are needed and notify owner. May conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques. May prepare closing statements, oversee signing of real estate documents, disburse funds, and coordinate closing activities.

Field Representative Computers

Installs, modifies, cleans, and repairs computer hardware and software. Demonstrates computer machines. Fixes problem or broken equipment. : May work on monitors, keyboards, and mice. May run diagnostics programs to resolve problems. May call on users to solicit service and/or repair business and to sell new computer equipment.

Engineer Field Service

Installs, repairs, and services electronic equipment, such as computers, radar, missile control, avionics, and communications, in field installations. : Consults with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment. Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures. Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Operates system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions. Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools. Instructs and directs workers in servicing and repairing equipment. Instructs customers on operation of equipment. Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance. May instruct workers in electronic theory. May supervise workers in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
