Laundry Manager Resident Facility

Manages and coordinates activities of a resident facility laundry. Supervises laundry staff and plans laundering schedules. Typically requires supervisory experience within a laundry facility.: Directs workers engaged in receiving, marking, washing, and ironing uniforms or linen in laundry. Skilled Nursing Facility Head

Provides executive management of daily operations of a skilled nursing facility.: Oversees and determines the effectiveness of operations and ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Plans, installs, directs, coordinates, and evaluates an administrative management organization within the facility to integrate functions such as fiscal planning and controls, staffing, procurement and storekeeping, grounds and building maintenance, transportation, communication, housekeeping, dietary, and safety programs. Ensures continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. Develops and implements an annual business plan that achieves financial goals while meeting reasonable customer expectations. Prepares staffing schedules to ensure that adequate numbers of appropriately trained professional and auxiliary personnel are on duty at all times to meet the needs of residents. Resolves problems encountered by nursing home staff, medical staff, visitors, or residents. Manages, coordinates, and evaluates the staff and services for the nursing facility. Implements programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction and provide for new or prospective resident needs. Maintains high occupancy by developing and implementing marketing strategies. Develops, maintains and implements policies and procedures. Hires, trains and motivates a qualified staff. Prepares and manages the operational budget. Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies. Maintains and communicates policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. This position typically requires a college degree in a related field and five years of experience in continuing care operations management.

Aquatic Facility Manager

Manages sea circus facility: establishes operational procedures relating to purchasing, accounting, and budgeting. Hires and coordinates activities of subordinates and performers. Reviews operational expense and other financial reports for accuracy and budget preparation. Inspects facility for compliance with occupational, health, and safety regulations.

Resident and Facility Services Director

Directs and coordinates facility service programs within a resident retirement facility.: Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates the staff and services for the residents and all facility service programs. Oversees and supervises resident moves and transfers within the retirement facility. Maintains department compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Storage Facility Rental Clerk

Leases storage space to customers of rental storage facility. Informs customers of space availability, rental regulations, and rates. Assists customers in selection of storage unit size according to articles or material to be stored. Records terms of rental on rental agreement form and assists customer in completing form.: Computes rental fee and collects payment. Maintains rental status record and waiting list for storage units. Notifies customers when rental term is about to expire or rent is overdue. Inspects storage area periodically to ensure storage units are locked. Observes individuals entering storage area to prevent access to or tampering with storage units by unauthorized people. Loads film into security and surveillance cameras, records dates of film changes, and monitors camera operations to ensure performance as required. Cleans facility and maintains premises in orderly condition. May photograph customer to establish identification record.

Housekeeping Manager Medical Facility

Manages and administers the housekeeping program in an assigned area of a medical facility to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.: Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff, and plans work schedules to ensure adequate service. Manages housekeeping functions in assigned areas of the medical facility. Analyzes and plans housekeeping schedules to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, supplies and equipment. Periodically inventories supplies and equipment. Reads trade journals to keep informed of new and improved cleaning methods, products, supplies, and equipment. Organizes and directs departmental training programs, resolves personnel problems, hires new employees, and evaluates performance. Maintains records and prepares periodic activity and personnel reports for review by management. Supervises housekeeping supervisors in the cleaning of assigned areas. Assists in the resolution of operational problems and conducts inspections of assigned areas. Assists in the preparation of budgetary recommendations. Evaluates and makes recommendations concerning new cleaning products and equipment. May perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.

Financial Services Representative

Sells financial services and provides customer support to prospective and existing customers. Opens new accounts and services established accounts.: Provides members with all necessary disclosures and information for service. Conducts orientation interviews on services with each new customer. Provides basic financial services to customers such as answering general investment questions, placing trades, sending and receiving payments, checking and savings transactions, transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, line-of-credit advances, assisting with account balancing, etc. Responds to customer requests, problems, and complaints, resolves issues, and directs them to the appropriate staff. Provides accurate market data and cross-sells products.

Guest Services Representative

Welcomes and acknowledges all hotel, motel, or other lodging establishment guests according to company standards; anticipates and addresses guests' service needs; assists individuals with disabilities; and thanks guests. Organizes, confirms, processes, and conducts guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Processes and secures payment and verifies and adjusts billing. Provides information to guests concerning rates, availability of rooms, description of facilities and services, and information about area entertainment and attractions, sight-seeing opportunities, and local shopping and dining.: Processes all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing, activating, and filing room keys in accordance with property policies and procedures. Responds to and resolves guest requests and relays messages. Identifies and explains room features to guests; supplies guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Ensures that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Runs and reviews daily reports/logs. Accepts and records wake-up call requests and delivers to appropriate department. Processes all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; and provides change. Notifies Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft. Follows all company policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensures uniform and/or personal appearance are clean and professional; maintains confidentiality of proprietary information; and protects company assets. Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards. May issue escort instructions to bellhop. May keep records of room availability and guests' accounts. May post charges, such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to ledger. May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation, and arrange for tours. May deposit guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit box. May order complimentary flowers or champagne for guests. May rent dock space at marina-hotel.

Branch Customer Service Representative

Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services in a branch office. Handles and resolves customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or via phone or mail. Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance. Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.: Talks with customers by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible. Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services. Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records. Interacts with customers by phone or in person to provide information and to ensure the best technical service possible. Answers customers' technical or scientific questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance.
