Wage & Salary Manager

Manages compensation program, which may include incentive and executive compensation. Directs development and application of techniques of job analysis, job descriptions, evaluations, grading, and pricing in order to determine and convert relative job worth into monetary values to be administered according to pay-scale guidelines and policy. May report to Director of Compensation and Compensation Supervisor may report to this position.: Prepares and approves incentives and incentive plan formats. Works with management to achieve corporate goals. Analyzes company compensation policies, government regulations concerning payment of minimum wages and overtime pay, prevailing rates in similar organizations and industries, and agreements with labor unions, in order to comply with legal requirements and to establish competitive rates designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Recommends compensation adjustments according to findings, utilizing knowledge of prevailing rates of straight-time pay, types of wage incentive systems, and special compensation programs for professional, technical, sales, supervisory, managerial, and executive personnel. Approves merit increases permitted within budgetary limits and according to pay policies.

Collects, analyzes, and prepares wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions of organization. Consults with management to determine type, scope, and purpose of analyses. Evaluates executive and non-executive positions. Responsibilities are of a professional level, typically requiring a four-year degree and an understanding of both compensation theory and practice. Excludes paraprofessional positions.: Works with computer or other analytic tools. Prepares reports and analyses. Works with other analysts and supervisors to complete assigned project work. Reviews wage and salary adjustments for conformance to policy. May observe jobs and interview workers and supervisory personnel to determine job and worker requirements.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Stays current with changes and developments in the wireless industry.

Base Draw Operator

Tends electric furnace that anneals base sections of hardened projectile bodies to facilitate subsequent machining operations: lifts projectile from conveyor with tongs and fits projectile in holder on machine table. Pushes switch to activate mechanism that elevates table and thrusts projectile base into furnace unit. Observes dial indicator and presses button to maintain flow of current according to specifications. Removes projectile when table descends automatically. Quenches projectile base in water.

Director Sales

Directs, develops, and implements strategies in assigned area of responsibility to grow company revenue in accordance with organization goals and objectives. Confers with management to determine sales objectives and develop policies to achieve organization goals. Monitors the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques. Develops, coordinates, and executes sales objectives, strategies, and advertising and promotional programs to gain market share.: Develops contract strategy and negotiates contracts in accordance with company standards and business requirements. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. Establishes distributor and key/national account relationships and ensures they are managed properly. Oversees and approves budget planning and sales forecasting and prepares other reports for management as requested. Works in conjunction with and ensures support for sales administration, product development, marketing communications, and research. Assists with the preparation of manuals and technical publications. Communicates and enforces company policy and practices. Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates sales personnel. Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
