Fleet Director

Plans, directs, and oversees the activities of fleet of vehicles required for the operations of an organization. Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of fleet function in accordance with objectives of organization. Monitors fleet department safety program and conducts or directs safety evaluations. Oversees preparation and control of department budget.

Money Position Officer

Directs purchase, sale, and redemption of bonds and securities, and placement of collateral funds in safekeeping accounts of correspondent or reserve banks to maintain institution reserve position mandated by regulatory bodies: arranges deposit agreements with correspondent banks or designated reserve bank, and directs placement of funds to fulfill agreements. Reviews financial statements to determine reserve needed, and adjusts reserve to obtain specified ratio of reserves to liabilities. Directs purchase and sale of government bonds and other securities, redemption of bonds, and disbursement of funds to branch offices, correspondent banks, and reserve banks to ensure that funds are kept at level specified by reserve regulations and deposit agreements. Prepares reports on reserve position for management.

Manager Fleet

Manages and coordinates operation and maintenance activities of fleet/automotive equipment department and storage and repair facilities of an establishment. Coordinates inspection of and evaluates automobiles and equipment and schedules needed repair or service work. Typically reports to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position.: Procures State-required certificates of title and arranges for registrations and State inspections. Obtains vehicle and equipment replacement costs, and prepares specifications for purchase of new vehicles and equipment. Prepares and controls department budget, directs recording of expenses, and analyzes purchase and repair costs to control expenditures. Recommends procedures to improve efficiency. Ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations. May plan and direct safety campaigns. May arrange for insurance coverage on vehicles. May negotiate with vendors to purchase automobiles, equipment, materials, and supplies. May assign trucks and passenger cars for use.

Supervises activities of fleet of vehicles required for the operations of an organization. Recommends vehicles for transfer or replacement and inspects new vehicles. Recommends changes, purchases, and divestitures of equipment. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Assigns, schedules, and coordinates activities of personnel. Keeps records of work in process and completed along with employee time and materials. Issues purchase requisitions for materials and parts necessary to perform work. Reviews department operations and recommends changes for improvement to manager. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. Performs related work as required.

Petroleum Inspector Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of petroleum inspectors engaged in inspecting petroleum products consigned to clients: writes consignment order, listing quantity, grade, and kind of petroleum product in consignment. Dispatches workers to inspect products and verify quantities received. Reviews inspection report and laboratory analyses of consignment for conformance to client's specifications. Contacts client and arranges for additional inspections and analyses when variances from contract specifications occur. Performs other duties as described under supervisor.

Supervisor Fleet

Resident Fifth Year

Performs a combination of supervised, progressively more complex and independent patient evaluation, management and research activities in a specialized field of medicine.: Takes medical history of patient and makes physical assessment of patient’s condition. Makes notations regarding medical treatment in the patient medical record. Administers prescribed medications and medical treatments in accordance with approved medical techniques. Applies cost containment measures in the provision of patient care. Participates in the educational activities of the training program and may assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents, interns and students. Participates in research activities as required by the residency program. Participates in institutional committees and councils as assigned. Maintains required certification and licensure as required by the program. This position requires completion of medical school as a M. D., completion of internship and completion of the first four years of the residency program.

Resident First Year

Upon completion of medical school and internship, performs a combination of supervised, progressively more complex and independent patient evaluation, management and research activities in a specialized field of medicine.: Takes medical history of patient and makes physical assessment of patient’s condition. Makes notations regarding medical treatment in the patient medical record. Administers prescribed medications and medical treatments in accordance with approved medical techniques. Applies cost containment measures in the provision of patient care. Participates in the educational activities of the training program and may assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents, interns and students. Participates in research activities as required by the residency program. Participates in institutional committees and councils as assigned. Maintains required certification and licensure as required by the program. This position requires completion of medical school as a M. D., completion of internship and eligibility for the residency program.
