Chief Advertising Officer

Counsels and coordinates all organization divisions as to means of obtaining maximum advertising effectiveness in creating consumer demand. Aids marketing personnel in all divisions in developing marketing plans, and in the creation of advertising themes, development of programs, and selection of media. Typically reports to the Marketing and Sales Top Officer and has Advertising Director reporting to this position.: Counsels and coordinates packaging and graphics for all products in all divisions. Provides ideas and creative guidance to marketing personnel. Works with personnel on the selection of advertising agencies. Evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of advertising, and makes recommendations for any improvements indicated. Counsels marketing personnel on questions involving good taste in advertising and acceptable advertising practice. Works with legal department and marketing personnel on interpretation of Governmental rulings affecting advertising. Coordinates division and product advertising budgets. Acts as a liaison and/or coordinator on advertising projects involving two or more divisions. Studies and evaluates advertising strategies and use of media by others in industry. Develops and maintains good relationships in the advertising field.

Data Entry Operator Lead

Guides data entry operators in the data entry process and in solving work problems. Operates computer or other data entry device to enter data in computer-readable format. Inputs accounting or statistical data from source documents into computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner, and following format displayed on screen.: Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. Keeps record of work completed. Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. May assist in role of group leader as required.

Event Sales Representative

Sells private party and corporate functions, growing the client database through networking, and working with an operations staff to ensure the quality experience of every event. Makes and/or takes potential customer calls, sells event space, rooms, stages, tables, chairs, lighting, portable walls, power cords, food and beverage, etc. Follows up with clients on details and payment issues.: Directs, coordinates, and arranges, or assists in directing, coordinating, and arranging for meetings and special events of various sizes. Negotiates contract(s) and assists in planning logistics for conferences, and/or events with respect to budgets, speakers, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, printing, food and beverage, and other related issues. Distributes necessary paperwork to all designated areas to ensure quality experience. Handles any challenges and problems promptly and to the client’s satisfaction. Follows all standard policies and procedures in handling reservations. Performs all promotional plans as directed by management. Develops and improves sales skills through internal and external sources. Works to increase the client database through outside sales efforts, direct mail, phone calls, and networking with local community organizations and associations. Maintains regular contact with current client base. May work the hosted events for purpose of networking and assuring customer satisfaction. May represent company at trade shows and other community events. May plan seating arrangements and maintain comment cards.

Level Glass Forming Machine Operator

Tends battery of automatic machines that flame-cut and form vials for level from glass tubing: inserts tubing in holder to feed machine. Replenishes tubing and replaces fill catch boxes. Examines formed glasses for defects, such as unclosed bottoms, elongated tops or misshapen vials, and notifies machine adjuster of machine malfunctioning. Removes formed glasses to workbench and files points from glasses to leave opening for filling, using half-round file.

Level Glass Vial Filler

Tends equipment that fills glass vials with alcohol or ether solution and leaves air bubble to form vials used in tools and instruments to determine levelness: fills rack with vial-filled cups and lowers rack into tank of solution. Lowers weighted glass cover and moves lever to turn on air pressure. Sets timer for designated time cycle. Shuts off air and raises cover when bell rings. Compares bubbles in random sampling of filled vials with master vial for conformance to size. Refills vials or lets vials stand to evaporate excess fluid to regulate size of bubble. Pours solution from jug into tank to replace used fluid.

Advertising & Public Relations Manager

Plans and executes all aspects of a wide variety of an organization's special events, promotions, and activities as well as media and community relations projects. Works with media personnel, illustrators, photographers, advertising agencies, and Sales Promotion and Marketing Departments to promote products and concepts of the organization through various advertising media and publications. Assumes an active role in community relations. Plans and implements advertising and public relations programs designed to increase business and to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization. Directs or participates in the writing, editing, and publishing of organization advertisements and publications. Organizes and carries out events to promote employee morale and community goodwill, such as speeches, tours, exhibits, etc. Manages the flow of information to and from the press and other communications agencies. Cultivates and maintains relationships with editors, reporters, partners, customers, and investors.

Vice President Public Relations

Plans, develops, and oversees an organization's public relations efforts to create and maintain a favorable image, both internally and externally. Executes a program of action to earn public, employee, and shareholder understanding and acceptance. Develops and administers public relations programs and policies, including the dissemination of information about the organization through various means, including press releases, reports, public events, direct communication, and literature. Typically reports to the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operations Officer and Public Relations Director reports to this position.: Works with the CEO and Board of Directors setting the short- and long-term strategic objectives while providing the management necessary to achieve profits, growth, and/or other goals of the organization. Achieves desired results through the use of budgets, proper contracts, and efficient decision making. Directs the preparation and control of the public relations budget to assure optimum deployment of resources within approved budget. May manage several direct reports, often including department heads.
