Print Production Coordinator

Medical Technologist Chief

Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Consults and serves as a resource to physicians. Assigns workers to duties and oversees performance of tests in the fields of microbiology, chemistry, histology, hematology, immunohematology, and serology. : Purchases or directs purchase of laboratory equipment and supplies. Diagnosis Related Group Coordinator

Reviews Medicare inpatients and assists medical staff and fiscal services to assure that a satisfactory system is maintained. Monitors the organization's potential financial risk for Medicare patients, and assesses the financial status of Medicare patients. Ensures the accurate selection of the primary diagnosis and procedure and any complicating or pre-existing conditions in accordance with Medicare definitions by reviewing Medicare inpatients' records. : Identifies cases that may qualify for outpatient status, and gathers data for appeals to the Medicare program. Ensures adequate system is maintained to guarantee appropriate Medicare reimbursement in order to maintain a high level of quality patient assistance while staying within the DRG System financial limits. Identifies trends and problem areas by reviewing facility and physician case-mix financial data.

Nursing Informatics Coordinator

Coordinates and facilitates application system implementations and upgrades for information systems supporting patient care functions. Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical information systems in nursing and patient care areas. Typically requires completion of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse, two years of clinical nursing experience, and experience in systems implementation and support.: Provides training and education to application system users so that workflow can be simplified by new systems. Develops and presents training plans that will assist users in maximizing ancillary, nursing, and clinical systems capabilities of the application. Participates in modeling system functionality and usability to support workflow. Implements applications, tools, processes, and structures that assist clinicians in the management of patient care data and provision of health care. Utilization Coordinator

Coordinates subscriber utilization of instructional television programming: communicates with administrators, teaching staff, audiovisual specialists, and other personnel to assist subscribers in incorporating programs and related materials into planned curricula. Conducts surveys to determine problems in use of programs and materials and develops workshops and other services to address identified needs. Confers with prospective users of programs to elicit interest in subscribing to services. Participates with other station personnel in developing advertising and promotional material. Oversees activities of workers engaged in processing subscriber accounts.

Banking Electronic Transfer Coordinator

Compiles and reconciles data involving electronic transfer of funds to maintain accounting records. Examines electronic funds transaction for completeness and accuracy, obtains information needed to reconcile differences, and identifies and corrects errors. Transmits and receives funds transfer messages to or from other banks and Federal Reserve Bank. : Examines electronic funds transaction entries on documents, such as bank statements and printouts, for completeness and accuracy. Adds debits and credits to ensure figures balance. Identifies and corrects errors or calls customers, other bank personnel, or personnel from other financial institutions, such as correspondent banks, Automated Clearing House, or Federal Reserve Bank, to obtain information needed to reconcile differences. Posts transaction data to specified accounts. Types, transmits, and receives funds transfer messages to or from other banks and Federal Reserve Bank. Records funds or securities transferred and disposition. May transfer funds or securities and maintains records of transactions. May prepare checks to deposit funds in specified accounts. May transfer funds or securities and maintains records of transactions. May maintain file of customers requiring daily transfer of funds or securities. May verify or assign code number to telecommunication messages.
