May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and or reductions, and may allocate operating budget's funds. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations.

Top Long-Range Planning Executive

Long Line Teamster

Drives one or more draft animals to pull materials, vehicles, or implements, such as logs, wagons, grading scrapers, fertilizer spreaders, plows, or scoops: jiggles, pulls, and slackens reins, and gives oral commands to control movement of team. May harness and hitch team to material, vehicle, or implement. May load and unload vehicle or manipulate levers, pedals, or holding devices to release material. May groom, feed, and water team and clean stable stable attendant. May repair harness. May drive one or team of horses to skid logs from forest and be designated snaker. May be designated according to type of vehicle driven as cart driver; dray driver; wagon driver; or according to kind of animals driven as horse-and-wagon driver; mule driver; or according to number of animals driven as four-horse hitch driver; six-horse hitch driver; long-line teamster.

Long-Range Planning Director

Directs planning, research, and analysis of organization's objectives, long-range planning, business opportunities, and business development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Develops, directs, and implements plans and research projects to improve and expand the organization's strategic market position and to achieve growth and financial profitability. Typically reports to Top Long-Range Planning Executive, or to a similar top executive, and managers report to this position.: Works with other department heads to ensure consistency in the organization's long-term planning. Certified Nurse Aide Long-Term Care

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or LPN, provides direct patient care to patients consistent with nursing aide program preparation within a long-term care facility.: Prepares patients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures and provide manual assistance as required. Obtains and records patient data for medical records noting and informing RN/LPN of information collected. Administers treatment and personal care procedures to patients to include feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothing, cleaning and trimming fingernails, bed-making, assisting with ambulation, enemas, skin care, and bowel and bladder elimination. Provides such additional care as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients. Assists physician and nurses with physical examinations by helping position patients, changing non-sterile dressing and weighing patients. Notes and reports any changes in patient's condition. Takes and records vital signs, records input and output, applies ice bags, and administers enemas. Turns and positions patients, feeds patients as necessary, and provides patients with fresh drinking water. Performs finger sticks for blood glucose testing with appropriate training. Assists with admission, discharge, and transportation of patients. This position requires completion of a nurse’s aide program and certification.

Manages and maintains websites and develops and implements online marketing strategies to drive online sales growth. Develops and coordinates all online marketing activities to increase online traffic, customer loyalty, and retention. Develops and implements programs for determining levels and implementing changes in utilization, quality and cost of medical care. Prepares policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. This position typically requires a licensed nurse or significant experience in the administration of health programs.: Directs and manages medical service departments that may include utilization management, inpatient case management, ambulatory case management, disease management, appeals and support functions of the health plan. Develops and implements programs for determining levels and implementing changes in utilization, quality and cost of medical care. Prepares and manages the departmental budget. Hires, develops and motivates a qualified medical department staff. Reviews and analyzes the inpatient census to determine workload, resource needs and opportunities for reducing utilization or length of stay. This position typically requires a licensed nurse or significant experience in the administration of health programs.
