Distributes and collects time-worked reports or inputs. Reviews employee time-worked reports or inputs for accuracy and to assure information is properly recorded and coded. Compiles flight time record of flight officers for payroll and crew-scheduling departments to ensure accuracy of payroll and legality of flights: posts data, such as time in flight, type of aircraft, mileage flown, and weight of aircraft, onto flight time records, using posting machine. Reviews union agreements to ascertain payroll factors, such as meal expense allowance, billeting allotment, and rates of pay. Computes pay payroll clerk. Compares figures with flight officers' logs to detect and reconcile discrepancies. Notifies crew schedulers of total accumulated flight time of each officer and submits pay records to payroll section.

Newspaper Delivery Driver

Drives truck or automobile over prescribed route to deliver newspapers to wholesale or retail newspaper dealers, or to bus, airline, or other transportation providers for shipment. Loads newspapers onto vehicle.: Reviews list of dealers, customers, or station drops for change in deliveries. Pizza Delivery Driver

Drives delivery truck or automobile to local locations to deliver baked made-to-order pizzas to customers at their homes, hotels, or place of business. Keeps pizza warm in vehicle's oven, warmer, or hot bags. Reads maps to find delivery locations.: Collects money and coupons from customers and obtains signature with required verification of ID from credit card customers. Listens to and resolves service complaints.: Drives truck to deliver such items as beer, soft drinks, bakery products, dry cleaning, laundry, specialty foods, and medical supplies to customer. Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. Writes customer order and instructions. Driver Newspaper Delivery

Delivery Truck Driver Helper

Assists Delivery Truck Drivers in loading and/or unloading materials by hand or by use of handtruck or dolly. Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment.: Stages materials in warehouse to prepare for pickup for delivery. Delivers and stacks merchandise in warehouse or on customer’s premises. Performs light repair on damaged goods. Calls and schedules deliveries. Executes all daily truck inspection logs and maintenance schedules. Prepares receipts for loads picked up. Assists in ensuring that the delivery truck is maintained in safe working order and reports any problems or accidents to management following all established policies and procedures. Assists in routing deliveries to ensure maximum efficiency. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. May maintain truck log, according to State and Federal regulations. May collect payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges.

Full Service Delivery Driver

Delivers product and fills vending machines at all points of availability within established accounts. Restocks machines to proper level, maintaining accurate stock levels.: Invoices and collects payment for goods delivered. Checks accuracy and stability of the load. Secures company assets. Maintains vending area and machine cleanliness and appearance. Maintains vehicle log according to regulations. Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Performs required paperwork and settles all accounts daily.
