Collaborates with Account and Program Managers to drive business growth both in existing and new market segments and accounts. Manages lead generation activities of the business program. Provides direction and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Coaches and mentors others to help build business development skills. May attend, exhibit, and present at conferences and trade associations.

Staffing Consultant

Manages entire full cycle recruiting function for permanent or temporary employment agency, playing an integral part of the decision making process. Conducts requisition reviews with clients or hiring managers to determine essential job function requirements, and develops sourcing strategies for recruiting quality candidates. Reviews applications and resumes, screens and conducts job interviews with applicants, matches qualified candidates to jobs, and provides permanent or temporary placement of qualified candidates for required job assignments.: Develops job descriptions, and posts positions on internal and external websites and job boards. Lactation Consultant RN

Develops, implements and educates patients, families, and staff on proper breast feeding techniques and lactation.: Provides consultation and instruction in basic breast feeding routines and techniques to new mothers, both inpatient and outpatient. Provides support and problem solving to patients experiencing feeding difficulty with infants. This position typically requires a valid license as a Registered Nurse and is typically certified by the International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). Provides instruction, written information and demonstration of the use of various types of breast pumps and other devices. Analyzes data to determine solution, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services. Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution. May negotiate contract for consulting service. May specialize in providing consulting service to government in field of specialization. May be designated according to field of specialization such as engineering or science discipline.
