SAP HR Consultant

Provides functional expertise for the coordination and implementation of a SAP Human Resources system or process. Integrates packaged technology into a client's business environment in order to achieve the client's expected business results. Integrates HR module with other SAP modules.: Performs studies and conducts surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions. Helps determine the best solutions, while transferring knowledge to the internal HR team. Microfilming Document Preparer

Prepares documents for microfilming. Sizes documents into standard microfilming size and format. Notifies microfilm camera operator of special handling, such as manual repositioning, during microfilming. Prepares index for company files indicating information, such as firm name and address, product category, and index code, to identify material.: Prepares documents, such as brochures, pamphlets, and catalogs, for microfilming, using paper cutter, photocopying machine, rubber stamps, and other work devices. Cuts documents into individual pages of standard microfilming size and format when allowed by margin space. Reproduces document pages as necessary to improve clarity or to reduce one or more pages into single page of standard microfilming size, using photocopying machine. Indicates material that will require special handling, such as manual repositioning, during microfilming. Prepares cover sheet and document folder for material and index card for company files indicating information, such as firm name and address, product category, and index code, to identify material. Inserts material to be filmed in document folder and files folder for processing according to index code and filming priority schedule.

Document Restorer

Restores and preserves documents for libraries, archives, and private and public historical societies: cleans document, using cleaning compounds to remove dirt and stains, and removes foreign matter, such as rusted clips, pins, rotted bands, and adhesives. Tests document to determine if ink is fast, and to what extent map colors will fade. Immerses document in deacidification baths to remove acidity from paper and ink. Places document on rack to dry. Reinspects document for presence of foreign matter. Dampens document, places it between absorbent boards, and places boards in screw press to evenly distribute moisture content in document, and flatten all wrinkles and creases. Seals document in cellulose acetate film and places document in laminating machine to be laminated. Removes document and hones, presses, and trims it to specified size. Places document in cover, folder, or binder.

Engineering Document Control Clerk

Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments: examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data. Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents. Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments. Maintains related files. May prepare requests for reproduction of documents. May operate reproduction equipment. May prepare reports and memorandums.

Document Imaging Supervisor

Operate one or more of a variety of office machines, such as photocopying, photographic, and duplicating machines, or other office machines. Exclude 'Computer Operators' (43-9011), 'Mail Clerks and Mail Machine Operators' (43-9051) and 'Billing and Posting Clerks and Machine Operators' (43-3021).

Examiner Questioned Documents

Examines handwritten material or other questioned documents to identify author, detect forgery, or determine method used to alter documents: confers with laboratory specialists, such as chemists and photographers, to determine which scientific processes are necessary to effect analysis. Examines hand or typewritten sample to detect characteristics, such as open loop, quaver, or t-cross peculiar to an individual, using microscope. Measures angle or slant to estimate degree to which letters and lines vary from perpendicular, using protractor. Compares paper specimen with manufacturer's samples to ascertain type and source. Compares photographic blowup of written or typed specimen obtained from separate sources to ascertain similarity or differences. Works in consultative capacity to various agencies or organizations, including police force, and testifies in legal proceedings.
