Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Truck Driver Sales Route

Drives over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, and collects payment. Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business. Listens to and resolves service complaints.: Drives truck to deliver such items as beer, soft drinks, bakery products, dry cleaning, laundry, specialty foods, and medical supplies to customer. Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. Writes customer order and instructions. Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Informs regular customers of new products or services. May set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers. May collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise. May place stock on shelves or racks. May load truck. May issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. May clean inside of truck. May perform routine maintenance on truck. May direct assistant to load and unload truck and carry merchandise. May be designated according to product delivered or service rendered.

Management Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Receives training and performs duties in several departments, such as credit, customer relations, accounting, or sales, to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. : Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Workers are usually trained in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Firefighter Trainee

Controls and extinguishes fires, protects life and property, and maintains equipment as volunteer or employee of city, township, or industrial plant: responds to fire alarms and other emergency calls. Selects hose nozzle, depending on type of fire, and directs stream of water or chemicals onto fire. Positions and climbs ladders to gain access to upper levels of buildings or to assist individuals from burning structures. Creates openings in buildings for ventilation or entrance, using ax, chisel, crowbar, electric saw, core cutter, and other power equipment. Protects property from water and smoke by use of waterproof salvage covers, smoke ejectors, and deodorants. Administers first aid and artificial respiration to injured persons and those overcome by fire and smoke. Communicates with superior during fire, using portable two-way radio. Inspects buildings for fire hazards and compliance with fire prevention ordinances. Performs assigned duties in maintaining apparatus, quarters, buildings, equipment, grounds, and hydrants. Participates in drills, demonstrations, and courses in hydraulics, pump operation and maintenance, and firefighting techniques. May fill fire extinguishers in institutions or industrial plants. May issue forms to building owners, listing fire regulation violations to be corrected. May drive and operate firefighting vehicles and equipment. May be assigned duty in marine division of fire department and be designated firefighter, marine.

Driver Helper Sales Route

Aids driver, sales route in providing sales, services, or deliveries of goods to customers over an established route, performing any combination of the following duties: loads and unloads truck at beginning and end of trip. Carries merchandise from truck to customer's home or store. Collects c.o.d. Payments or obtains receipts. May drive to relieve driver. May solicit new business.

Route Aide

Delivers messages to and from conveyor belts, terminals, tube locations, and other transmitting points within telegraph office. May microfilm copies of telegrams, using automatic microfilming equipment. May search for and retrieve messages stuck in equipment between transmitting points.

Route Delivery Clerk

Prepares itemized delivery sheet for items of merchandise to be delivered by truck drivers, grouping and routing deliveries according to designated districts: copies information, such as name, address of consignee, type of merchandise, number of pieces, and mailing designation, from records onto delivery sheet. Locates and selects merchandise and verifies against delivery sheet specifications. May arrange for unloading of merchandise from freight cars, transport trucks, or ships, into consignees' trucks. May keep records of and arrange for storage of undelivered merchandise.

Customer Service Manager Trainee

Drives new and existing sales within a geographic area while managing, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Ensures outstanding customer service including customer contract retention, professional customer service, management of accounts receivable, accurate reporting, and resolution of any customer concerns within an assigned geographic area. Makes sales presentations to prospective customers. Informs customers of new products, promotional products, and any special services. Addresses service complaints and works to resolve them. Coordinates and communicates customer complaints and possible resolutions to manager in a timely manner. Adheres to all company, local, State, and Federal polices, guidelines, and regulations. Files daily sales reports via computer and completes all paperwork. Accounts for and turns in all forms of payment collected each working day at the designated depository in accordance with corporate procedures.

Route Sales Manager

Manages and leads a service and product delivery team to achieve customer service, sales, and product distribution goals. Participates in the design of territories that optimize organizational effectiveness while achieving customer retention goals. Assigns work projects and monitors group schedules to ensure optimum efficiency and rapid turnaround.: Establishes goals and objectives for employees. Manages daily planning and execution of customer service and technical support to ensure customers receive the best service possible. Prioritizes customer presence and staff work load with top customers and manages customer retention. Develops and maintains field sales communication system to report customer quality, preventative maintenance needs, and local opportunities that could impact overall order entry and/or sales and budget plans. Manages P/L for all expenses, reconciliations of fixed asset inventory, revenue billings, internal G/L cost transaction, and formal reporting. Establishes inventory levels for parts and equipment to support the region's customer locations. Observes and reports competitive activity within the territory and recommends solutions to the Route Sales Director. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Provides staffing, training, guidance, and coaching for service and product delivery team.
