Customer Service Associate Trainee

Make and confirm reservations and sell tickets to passengers and for large hotel or motel chains. May check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse, pier, or track; make reservations, deliver tickets, arrange for visas, contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours, or provide tourists with travel information, such as points of interest, restaurants, rates, and emergency service. Exclude 'Travel Agents' (41-3041), 'Hotel, Motel, and Resort Desk Clerks' (43-4081), and 'Cashiers' (41-2011) who sell tickets for local transportation.

Associate Executive Director Operations

Participates in directing, planning, controlling, and coordinating the operating activities of an organization toward the achievement of established objectives, including the operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives. Assists in the design, operation, and improvement of the system that creates and delivers the organization's products or services. Assists with the development of organization's policies, practices, and attainment of operating goals, ensuring efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures.: Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of organizational operations. Evaluates operating results throughout the organization to ensure that organization growth and objectives are being met. Contributes to the overall short-and long-range planning process and in the establishment and assessment of the organization's annual operating budget. Ensures attainment of efficient and economical performance in relation to profit and year-end goals. Assesses and assists in upgrading the management talent base within operations to achieve growth and meet market needs. Guides and leads other members of management.

Chief Customer Service Officer

Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of customer service in accordance with objectives of organization. Reports, typically, to Chief Operating Officer and has Director Customer Service reporting to this position.: Confers with organization officials to assure customer service objectives are in concert with business plans and objectives. Develops organizational customer service policies and coordinates related functions. Directs and coordinates customer service programs and activities. Explains firm's customer service programs and how use of programs can promote customer relations and sales. Directs employees engaged in customer service who may provide product support, investigate, evaluate, and settle complaints and other related programs. Directs customer service employees concerning products, rates or service in connection with products or services offered. Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to customer service issues considering nature and complexity of the issue. Directs the activities and actions of subordinates to ensure customer service issues are handled correctly. Authorizes retention of data and preparation of documents. Prepares activity reports for evaluation by management.

Associate Product Manager

Provides product management and marketing support in accordance with the strategy developed by the Product Manager. Assists in managing the research and development staff and programs with improvement and cost reduction ideas and the introduction of products, processes, and services. Assists in the development of the marketing plan of the product, processes, and services. Recommends potential of new, or ways to improve existing, products, processes, and services.: Researches products, processes, and/or services of comparable competitors. Reviews and evaluates research results and makes appropriate recommendations to management. Tracks and evaluates product performance. Manages individual product-focused projects (prioritization of engineering work, product definitions, etc.) and inventory management and control in conjunction with operations. Develops and recommends specific marketing objectives and forecast for products or processes. Manages the execution of authorized marketing programs to achieve or exceed sales volume and profit margin requirements. Keeps up-to-date in new developments in the field. Analyzes and reports data patterns which affect the marketing of the products, processes, or services. Makes recommendations to enhance the functionality and profitability of the products, processes, or services. Keeps management informed of product updates and on progress of projects. Develops and monitors project budgets and schedules. Controls research expenditures within approved budget limitations. Reviews and evaluates research results. Prepares reports on progress and recommends the addition, expansion, or discontinuance of projects or programs. Develops and maintains relationships with management and sales representatives. May manage activities that are directly related to the product, including sales and customer support. May recruit, hire, and train department staff, evaluate staff performance, and develop goals and objectives for staff.7

Customer Service Manager

Manages by directing and coordinating subordinate customer service staff in connection with any product or service offered. Manages workers who investigate complaints, such as those concerning rates or service. Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to complaints, considering nature and complexity of complaints, requirements, and actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly. Typically reports to director level and may have supervisory positions reporting to this position.: Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for services, and/or completion of job assignments. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budget's funds. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. May authorize retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or customer inquiries. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Pharmacy Associate

Assists Pharmacists in filling orders, checking prices, and stocking shelves in a retail pharmacy establishment. Serves customers at a pharmacy counter and processes purchases. Typically requires on-the-job training.: Takes customer orders, delivers customer orders, computes charges, handles payment, and enters data in computer. Cleans equipment and sterilizes glassware according to prescribed methods. Types and files reports and completes forms as directed. Assists in receiving and storing supplies, stocking shelves, checking prices, and maintaining inventory.

Associate Case Manager

Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates appropriate healthcare services, under direct supervision, in conjunction with Physician's treatment plan to ensure that cost effective, quality care is provided. Typically requires licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN with at least two year of relevant nursing experience. : Coordinates cases that normally include prospective and retrospective review and prior authorization, determining the appropriate level of care and utilization of services, concurrent review, retrospective review, developing discharge plans, and ensuring quality cost effectiveness. Develops a plan of care for patients from admission to discharge. Monitors patient progress toward desired outcomes through assessments and evaluations. Analyzes referred cases for potential case management interventions. Evaluates the effectiveness of alternate care services and ensures that cost effective, quality care is maintained to meet case management objectives. Determines if proposed medical treatment plans meet contract provisions. May arrange referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, and confer with other specialist on course of care and treatment.

Web Associate Editor

Assists Web Editors with developing, coordinating, editing, and maintaining assigned content on organization or client websites. Communicates web standards and guidelines, content processes, and strategic direction of the website to necessary staff. Ensures that content meets organization's or client's needs. : Confirms project specifications and troubleshoots encountered problems to ensure timely delivery of finished product. Monitors compliance with corporate guidelines. Reviews written submissions for formatting, layout, design, and specification requirements. Serves as backup for other Web Editors. Maintains familiarity with other web applications and new online technologies. Provides advice and counsel on communications, web writing, copy editing, and technical matters.

Account Installation Specialist Associate

Administers the installation of assigned accounts under general direction including, but not limited to, structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as administrative documents and customer education materials.: Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May provide guidance or expertise to less experienced representatives.
