Coordinates, confers, and negotiates with managers from the company's business units, internal departments, and web development staff. Provides leadership for the website development staff. Provides marketing advice to organizational units. Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Monitors and reviews website visitor access patterns and trends, adjusting strategies and plans as appropriate. Works closely with design and content teams to ensure site meets marketing objectives. Tracks current and emerging e-commerce trends.

Contract Management Manager

Manages a variety of government, international, and/or commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provides on-site advice to business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.: Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identifies risks and issues, and suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution. Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. Escalates to a senior director any contractual or business issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner. Implements contract management processes. Manages daily workload of assigned contract management personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the contract management function. Serves as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and the Legal Department, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Serves as liaison between the company and clients/vendors. Ensures that assigned personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Informs the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance. Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes.

Contract Development Manager

Coordinates all contracting activities, including providing direction and education in the analysis, strategy, and implementation of all contracting activities to internal departments and external contracted partners. Supports, manages, and administers contracts for services and products across the organization. : Sources contract opportunities and negotiates and implements new contracts. Advises on contractual rights, obligations, and legal issues. Analyzes contract information for terms and conditions, key strategic information, and financial opportunity. Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. Oversees the execution of requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualification (RFQs), and invitations to bid (ITBs).
