Commercial Real Estate Manager

Manages operation of renting, buying, and selling property for clients. Directs and coordinates activities of sales staff for commercial real estate firm. Real Estate Appraiser Commercial

Appraises improved or unimproved commercial property to determine value for purchase, sale, investment, mortgage, or loan purposes. Inspects property for construction, condition, and functional design. Computes depreciation and reproduction costs. Considers location and trends or impending changes that could influence future value of property. Searches public records of sales, leases, assessments, and other transactions. Compiles data and estimates value of property. Submits report to corroborate value established.

Industrial Engineer

Determines the most effective means for an organization to use capital, equipment, energy, facilities, information, material, people, and other assets to make a product or service. Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations. Studies product or service and its requirements, using mathematical methods such as operations research, to meet those requirements and design manufacturing and information systems. Requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. Excludes paraprofessional positions.: Designs management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis. Measures and studies available floor space and draws plan of floor space to scale, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment. Studies sequence of operations to be performed and flow of business and materials. Coordinates all available knowledge and information into finished scale drawing, showing most efficient location of personnel, equipment, and necessary working area around each. Establishes work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flowcharts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations. May develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.

Drafter Commercial

Performs general duties of drafter in all-round drafting, such as laying out location of buildings, planning of arrangements in offices, large rooms, store buildings, and factories, and drawing of charts, forms, and records. Paints and washes colored drawings when required.
