Client Management Director

Account Manager Client Services

Manages and motivates a staff to help deliver outstanding service and strong account management to a broad customer base. Manages the service or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Provides thorough and professional services that enable the organization to meet the customer's expectations. Organizes, coordinates, and maintains the internal activities of team. : Finds and contacts potential new customers. Keeps in contact with customers, answers their questions, and deals with complaints. Establishes a strong customer service culture, helping to create the reputation of the business as a trusted advisor to customers. Possesses excellent communication and team leadership skills, and outstanding organizational skills. Uses innovation and forward thinking to build strong internal and external relationships. Understands and improves processes to deliver on customer expectations. Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Interprets accounts and records to management. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Client Technologies Manager

Directs and coordinates activities of department in manufacturing establishment concerned with providing customers technical services in conjunction with marketing activities: coordinates technical liaison services between management, production department, sales department, and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products, and to inform customers of new types, specifications, and end-uses of products. Confers with production department managers to assist in specific classification of products from quality assurance position, report on new product or process technology of competitors, and to discuss new specifications required by customers. Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products. Records, analyzes, and informs concerned personnel of production quality assurance, and sales departments of status and disposition of customer complaints and claims. Negotiates settlement of claims, for which company is responsible, within limits prescribed by management. May survey potential markets for increasing sales.

Client Server Programmer

Develops, encodes, tests, documents, and installs complex programs to support an organization's client/server software systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems.: Prepares complex program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts. Plans and accomplishes goals by required deadlines. Works at a highly-technical level on most phases of client/server programming activities. Serves as an expert in one or more client/server programs and advises others in the group. Interacts daily with users on various management levels. May lead and direct the work of others.

Client Service Coordinator

Coordinates and evaluates client services and departmental marketing, customer relationship management, and outreach strategies. Building Services Engineer

Ensures the cost-effective and environmentally sound and sustainable design and maintenance of energy-using elements in buildings through the design, installation, operation, and monitoring of the mechanical, electrical, and public health systems required for the safe, comfortable, and environmentally friendly operation of modern buildings. Develops and maintains buildings, and their components, to make the most effective use of natural resources and protect public safety, including all equipment and materials involved with heating, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts, escalators, facade engineering, and acoustics.: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with the operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities, equipment, buildings, and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency. Advises clients and Architects on energy use and conservation in a range of buildings and sites, aiming to minimize the environmental impact and reduce the carbon footprint. Manages and forecasts spending, using whole life cycle costing techniques, ensuring that work is kept to budget. Develops and negotiates project contracts. Liaises closely with other professionals, including Structural Engineers, Builders, Architects, Surveyors, and in-house project teams. Attends a range of project groups and technical meetings. Works with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings. Uses specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design all the systems required for the project. Designs site-specific equipment as required. Commissions, organizes, and assesses the work of contractors. Oversees and supervises the installation of building systems and specifies maintenance and operating procedures. Monitors building systems and processes. Makes decisions about expired systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment. Ensures that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.

Commercial Catering Service Engineer

Provides service and maintenance on gas and/or electric commercial catering equipment such as ovens, fryers, burners, grills, steamers, dishwashers, and water boilers. Works on some light refrigeration equipment as necessary.: Responds to breakdowns of catering equipment in commercial kitchens, and repairs them quickly and efficiently. Regularly services catering equipment in commercial kitchens. Inspects gas equipment, ensuring compliance with the Gas Safety Regulations, and issues Gas Safety Inspection Certificates. Recommends replacement of worn out equipment, and may sell such equipment. Installs new catering equipment as necessary. May service and maintain commercial laundry equipment.

Engineer Electromedical Service

Tests and repairs electromedical equipment, such as electrocardiographs, electroencephalographs, sterilizers, operating room lamps and tables, and diathermy machines, following schematic diagrams and using hand tools and test meters. : Tests electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, and defective parts, using test meters. Solders loose connections and replaces defective parts, such as tubes, transformers, resistors, condensers, and switches, using hand tools and soldering iron. Disassembles equipment and repairs or replaces faulty mechanical parts, such as control lever mechanisms and water impellers. Adjusts and repairs stylus, graph, and other recording mechanisms. May replace x-ray tubes.

Electromedical Service Engineer

Installs, repairs, and services electronic equipment, such as computers, radar, missile control, avionics, and communications, in field installations. : Consults with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment. Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures. Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Operates system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions. Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools. Instructs and directs workers in servicing and repairing equipment. Instructs customers on operation of equipment. Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance. May instruct workers in electronic theory. May supervise workers in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
