Client Technologies Manager

Directs and coordinates activities of department in manufacturing establishment concerned with providing customers technical services in conjunction with marketing activities: coordinates technical liaison services between management, production department, sales department, and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products, and to inform customers of new types, specifications, and end-uses of products. Confers with production department managers to assist in specific classification of products from quality assurance position, report on new product or process technology of competitors, and to discuss new specifications required by customers. Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products. Records, analyzes, and informs concerned personnel of production quality assurance, and sales departments of status and disposition of customer complaints and claims. Negotiates settlement of claims, for which company is responsible, within limits prescribed by management. May survey potential markets for increasing sales.

Client Server Programmer

Develops, encodes, tests, documents, and installs complex programs to support an organization's client/server software systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems.: Prepares complex program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts. Plans and accomplishes goals by required deadlines. Works at a highly-technical level on most phases of client/server programming activities. Serves as an expert in one or more client/server programs and advises others in the group. Interacts daily with users on various management levels. May lead and direct the work of others.

Manages professional level accounting functions and the preparation of reports including earnings, profits/losses, cash balances, and cost accounting. Certifies accuracy of operating and financial reports. Advises upper management regarding matters, such as effective use of resources and methods, for preventing capital being frozen. Interprets accounts and records to upper management. Includes managers whose staffs may consist of a mix of professional, paraprofessional, and/or clerical accounting personnel; excludes managers whose staffs consist of 100 percent nonexempt accounting personnel. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager

Manages and coordinates activities required to ensure an accurate accounts payable and receivable system. Plans, schedules, and directs the work of the Accounts Payable and Receivable Departments of an organization. Develops and recommends policies and procedures to govern the payment of company bills to the advantage of the organization in terms of cash flow and discounts. Responsible for accounts receivable activities involving tracing sources of error, correcting billing records, processing final billings, reconciling errors, accuracy of charges on customer's bills, investigating, granting, and controlling credit, and in collecting accounts due, maintenance of accounts receivable ledger, and adjustment of customer claims. Monitors accounts receivable records, including claims and overdue invoices. : Establishes and implements collection procedures. Prepares report on the status of credit and collections and other operating statements. Determines the amount of credit to be extended and recommends amount of working capital necessary to finance accounts receivable and to provide reserves against bad debts. Participates in credit groups in bankruptcy actions. Investigates credit standing of new customers, arranges terms of payment, and follows up on collection of accounts. Aids customers in obtaining financial assistance. Conducts or participates in special studies of economic conditions in particular industries. Visits existing and potential customers to investigate credit and collection matters and to foster good credit relationships between customer and organization. Manages the investigations of amounts due from the organization for goods and services purchased. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budgets funds. Establishes policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts payable department. Prepares reports on the status of payables. Determines the amount of credit to be extended and recommends amount of working capital necessary to finance accounts payable. Manages maintenance of accounts payable ledger. Manages adjustment of customer claims.

National Account Manager

Manages sales and profit potential at the national level with the objective of maximizing sales, distribution, and display support. Develops sales strategies and tactics to penetrate customers across functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and purchasing.: Supports and develops strategic business plans for EDI forecasting, brand marketing, pricing strategies, supply chain, and new product development. Develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships with top existing customers. Partners with customers to identify new needs and enable customer satisfaction. Negotiates long term business relationships. Creates and delivers customer presentations. Seeks, creates, and develops new business opportunities to build brand consumption. Develops and executes effective account specific marketing programs. Identifies and develops action plans to satisfy customer needs using online customer specific data. Utilizes competitive information to benchmark performance.

Branch Account Manager

Leads the sales business by executing account management strategies that facilitate long-term customer relationships with targeted customers. Plans, forecasts, manages, and delivers consistent long-term profitable branch growth. Develops and directs the sales force to be the premier supplier of all relevant products or services. Actualizes account management strategies, sales planning, sales pipeline management, salesperson development/training, and sales activity consistent with the sales management disciplines.: Manages and leads sales team working with businesses and their owners to identify their specific business needs. Manages account assignments to the sales team to ensure secured sales performance to plan. Increases market penetration in local business by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base with owner, architectural engineer, mechanical consultants, and contractor accounts. Manages qualifications and assesses potential customers and opportunities. Ensures the development and maintenance of account plans with all key and target accounts. Ensures the development of new business and demonstrates an understanding of the various channels in the market and how they interrelate with the branch business. Facilitates training and ensures support resources are in place to develop salespersons capable of selling the full scope of bundled offerings available. Analyzes the market and current business performance. Develops strategies for the local sales team consistent the efficiency mission and objectives. Understands the business environment of branch markets including competition, purchasing, and business trends. Maintains accountability for integration of construction sales team activity within assigned staffing geography. Participates as the management team representative on strategically important key accounts. Establishes and maintains personal long-term customer relationships with strategically important accounts to influence opportunities. Owns and manages the sales staffing plan for the assigned local geography. Works with the regional HR, and recruits, hires, and retains sales support staff to plan. Ensures compliance with local, State, and Federal legal requirements and operates the local office with the highest business ethics.

Corporate Account Manager

Manages the service or sale of corporate accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Develops and strengthens relationships with corporate account management through consistent communication and face to face meetings to identify potential business opportunities.: Finds and contacts potential new customers. Keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and deals with complaints. Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Interprets accounts and records to management. Evaluates and negotiates profitable contractual agreements by using high level business acumen to conduct preliminary financial assessments of each account and by working closely with internal and external customers to establish win-win agreements. Develops and implements programs with key corporate accounts by communicating with internal and external customers to maximize contract/sales performance. Maintains and updates account information, delivers monthly and quarterly performance updates and reports, provides customer support relating to daily operations, controls expenses, maintains timely documentation of activities, and adheres to corporate policies and procedures. Mentors, guides, and serves as a resource for Regional Account Managers. Assists Regional Directors with ongoing business development and assumes leadership roles on various projects. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.
