Staffing Manager

Oversees and manages the organization's recruitment and staffing functions. Promotes and sells staffing services to prospective clients and develops and maintains client relationships. Markets to clients by phone, conducts client meetings, and participates in networking events. Oversees mentoring and training of staff, and manages daily operations. Commercial Relationship Manager

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints and claims of telegraph customers: directs workers to investigate complaints, such as those concerning rates or service in connection with domestic, international, or special-gift telegrams. Confers with production department managers to assist in specific classification of products from quality assurance position, report on new product or process technology of competitors, and to discuss new specifications required by customers. Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products. Records, analyzes, and informs concerned personnel of production quality assurance, and sales departments of status and disposition of customer complaints and claims. Client Server Programmer

Develops, encodes, tests, documents, and installs complex programs to support an organization's client/server software systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems.: Prepares complex program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts. Plans and accomplishes goals by required deadlines. Works at a highly-technical level on most phases of client/server programming activities. Serves as an expert in one or more client/server programs and advises others in the group. Interacts daily with users on various management levels. May lead and direct the work of others.

Compiles and records information about temporary job openings and refers qualified applicants from register of temporary help agency. Responds to hospital, business, or other type of organization requesting temporary workers and obtains and records job requirements. Business Development Executive

Evaluates business opportunities and potential markets by analyzing financial feasibility studies and conducting market research.: Provide oversight and direction to the Business Development Department on a variety of business development activities to include proposal development, client relations, and account management. Oversees efforts to support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Provides oversight for the pricing of new proposals to ensure that all resources needed to complete the project are identified, the cost is calculated accurately, and the price is determined within established guidelines. Provides oversight on processes associated with the preparation and coordination of client meetings. Facilitates efforts to develop, implement and refine standard procedures for researching, collecting, and tracking information about clients including contact data, pipelines, and previous outsourcing experiences. Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates outcomes of the department’s strategic plans. Develops strategic initiatives and transforms initiatives into action plans. Prepares and manages the departmental budget. Hires, develops and motivates a qualified business development staff. A Bachelor’s degree in business is typically required for this position with five years of business development experience.

Business Development Consultant

Provides consulting services for business development, including the acquisition and management of new accounts. Identifies, prospects, and closes prospective clients. Manages the sales cycle.: Leverages market research to drive the growth agenda. Collaborates with Account and Program Managers to drive business growth both in existing and new market segments and accounts. Manages lead generation activities of the business program. Acquires new prospects proactively through networking, lead development, and cold calling. Gathers intelligence regarding prospects, decision makers, and their needs. Reaches decision-makers through cold calls, research, and networking. Qualifies opportunities for active pursuit based on the probability of success. Develops business plans in conjunction with Account and Program Managers, which includes activities, targeted prospecting territory development, and account development. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company can provide to address their business needs. Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations that identify prospects’ business. Updates CRM application, if applicable, with client and prospect information. Collaborates with Account Management team on all closed accounts. Monitors competitors and product and/or service differentiators. Provides direction and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Coaches and mentors others to help build business development skills. May attend, exhibit, and present at conferences and trade associations.
