Collects and organizes occupational data to provide source materials and software for school career information center, and assists students and teachers to locate and obtain materials. Assists students to take and score self-administered vocational interest and aptitude tests. Schedules appointments for students requiring professional assistance. : Orders, catalogs, and maintains files on materials relating to job opportunities, careers, technical schools, colleges, scholarships, armed forces, and other programs. Assists students and teachers to locate career information related to students' interests and aptitudes, or demonstrates use of Internet, files, shelf collections, and other information retrieval systems. Keeps records of students enrolled in work experience program and other vocational programs to assist counseling and guidance staff. May make presentations to parent and other groups to publicize activities of career center.

IRA Services Representative

Responds to customer inquiries about IRA services. Processes IRA account openings, transfers, distributions, and closures according to government regulations and company policies.: Researches and resolves problems relating to customer accounts and inquiries. Provides account, product, regulatory, and procedural operating information to customers. Updates customers on all industry developments. Acts as liaison for all outbound communication. Ensures that all requirements are met and forms are completed correctly. Develops a comprehensive operational understanding of retirement plans and keeps up-to-date with new products and services.

Customer Service Representative Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of customer service representatives engaged in handling service orders and telephone complaints of customers: monitors service calls service observer to observe employee's demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies. Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints. Answers questions about service. Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints. May contact customers to survey customer satisfaction with purchase of new motor vehicle.

Financial Services Representative

Sells financial services and provides customer support to prospective and existing customers. Opens new accounts and services established accounts.: Provides members with all necessary disclosures and information for service. Conducts orientation interviews on services with each new customer. Provides basic financial services to customers such as answering general investment questions, placing trades, sending and receiving payments, checking and savings transactions, transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, line-of-credit advances, assisting with account balancing, etc. Responds to customer requests, problems, and complaints, resolves issues, and directs them to the appropriate staff. Listens to or takes recordings of trainees handling customer service calls to detect errors. Discusses errors and problems to improve techniques in handling calls.
