Manager Contract Administration

Manages contract administration operations involving contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services, and may direct those who estimate expenditures expected and submits to management. Manages the review of bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids. Manages the negotiations of contracts with customer or bidder. Manages the analysis of contracts and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Contract Coordinator

Negotiates with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts. Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts. Formulates and coordinates procurement proposals. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals. Typically reports to supervisory level in organization.: Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules. Arbitrates claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts. Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices. May negotiate collective bargaining agreements. May serve as liaison officer to ensure fulfillment of obligations by contractors.

Business Services Analyst

Formulates and defines the scope and objectives of business systems based on both user needs and an understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements. Applies extensive knowledge of the customer's business and industry to develop project specifications. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates into proper system requirements specifications.: Researches, identifies, and develops solutions to problems. Advises on methods to improve business processes. Coordinates and participates in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. May lead the training of customers and peers.

e-Commerce Business Analyst

Plans and performs analysis of e-commerce activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing e-commerce applications. Utilizes available personnel and computer system resources to analyze, design, and modify information, applications, methods, systems, and procedures related to e-commerce to determine the most useful solutions for the company. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, in addition to some practical experience.: Determines the most effective ways in which information should be collected and processed. Tests, debugs, investigates, and corrects program-related problems, and creates and provides effective and reliable documentation. Analyzes, interprets, and makes recommendations based on gathered data, in the form of formal proposals and/or presentations to upper management. Depending on experience, may lead, train, and guide the work of less senior analysts. May perform proactive activities related to the completion and implementation of a project.
