Long-Range Planning Manager

Manages and assists in the analyzing, planning, research, and development of organization's objectives and strategic plans in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability. Develops plans to achieve growth and financial profitability via acquisitions, mergers, and/or divestitures. Oversees and participates in development and research activities involving building on company strengths, identifying potential new markets and business opportunities, increasing share of market, and obtaining a competitive position in the industry. Typically reports to director level and has supervisors and/or analysts reporting to this position.: Administers company strategic plans via subordinate personnel. Confers with department staff and reviews activity and operating reports. Promotes organization in industry trade associations. May be responsible for the strategies of prices, marketing, advertising, and profitability of specific products.

Long-Range Planning Director

Directs planning, research, and analysis of organization's objectives, long-range planning, business opportunities, and business development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Develops, directs, and implements plans and research projects to improve and expand the organization's strategic market position and to achieve growth and financial profitability. Account Executive Field Sales Representative

Oversees and/or handles the service, solicitation, or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Finds and contacts potential new customers in order to grow the membership base and revenue in a designated territory. : Cultivates and maintains favorable contact with accounts of the organization for the sale of products and services in assigned area or territory. Sustains a record of high sales achievement. Demonstrates complete knowledge of organization's policies, products, and/or services. Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Demonstrates product or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within organization policies. Calculates and quotes prices. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Submits time and expense reports to management. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers needs. May specialize in a specific product or service. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Account Manager Client Services

Long-Range Planning Supervisor

Supervises and assists in researching and developing organization's business plans and analyzing business opportunities to achieve growth and financial profitability including acquisitions, mergers, and/or divestitures. This position is typically reports to the Long-Range Planning Manager or Director and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Assists in the administration of organization's strategic plans. Reviews and contributes to department activity and operating reports. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Supervises and coordinates activities of analysts and recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.

Certified Nurse Aide Long-Term Care

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or LPN, provides direct patient care to patients consistent with nursing aide program preparation within a long-term care facility.: Prepares patients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures and provide manual assistance as required. Obtains and records patient data for medical records noting and informing RN/LPN of information collected. Administers treatment and personal care procedures to patients to include feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothing, cleaning and trimming fingernails, bed-making, assisting with ambulation, enemas, skin care, and bowel and bladder elimination. Provides such additional care as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients. Assists physician and nurses with physical examinations by helping position patients, changing non-sterile dressing and weighing patients. Notes and reports any changes in patient's condition. Takes and records vital signs, records input and output, applies ice bags, and administers enemas. Turns and positions patients, feeds patients as necessary, and provides patients with fresh drinking water. Performs finger sticks for blood glucose testing with appropriate training. Assists with admission, discharge, and transportation of patients. This position requires completion of a nurse’s aide program and certification.

Account Executive Advertising

Promotes, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency. Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics. Confers with agency artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media to be used and to estimate costs. Requires a four-year college degree in a related field in addition to job related experience.: Submits proposed program and estimated budget to client for approval. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in marketing research, writing copy, laying out artwork, purchasing media time and space, developing special displays and promotional items, and performing other media-production activities, in order to carry out approved campaign.

Long-Range Planning Analyst

Conducts studies, prepares reports, and advises on feasibility, cost effectiveness, and regulatory conformance of long- and short-range strategic plans, proposals, special projects, and ongoing programs to achieve the organization's growth and profitability objectives. Conducts field investigations, economic or public opinion surveys, demographic studies, or other appropriate research to gather required information. Consults with management or strategic planning committees to formulate strategic plans and directions, discuss overall intent of programs or projects, and determine broad guidelines for studies, utilizing knowledge of subject area, research techniques, and regulatory limitations. : Reviews and evaluates materials, such as environmental impact statements, construction specifications, or budget or staffing estimates, to determine additional data requirements. Organizes and analyzes data from all sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results. Evaluates information to determine feasibility of proposals or to identify factors requiring amendment. Develops alternate plans for program or project, incorporating recommendations for review of officials. Maintains collection of socioeconomic, environmental, and regulatory data for use by planning and administrative personnel in government and private sectors. Reviews plans and proposals submitted by other governmental planning commissions or private organizations to assist in formulation of overall strategic plans. May participate in merger and acquisition projects.

Account Installation Specialist Associate

Administers the installation of assigned accounts under general direction including, but not limited to, structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as administrative documents and customer education materials.: Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern.
