Food Services Manager (Full Menu)

Manages the food services operation of a full-menu restaurant with table service or similar establishments; may also include small- to medium-size institutional facilities. Confers with supervisory personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities of operations department to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel. Special Events Manager

Coordinates and arranges for meetings and special events of various sizes. Plans logistics and negotiates contract(s) for conferences, and/or events, with respect to budgets, speakers, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, logistical requirements, printing, food and beverage, and other related issues. Serves as liaison between contractors, organizers, and management with regards to all facets of the programs and events.: Negotiates terms, executes, and administers multiple contracts with facilities vendors for service, in accordance with budget constraints and company policies and procedures. Designs and prepares various marketing materials, to include brochures and flyers, for meetings and conferences.

Rental Manager Public Events Facilities

Negotiates contracts for leasing arenas, auditoriums, stadiums, or other public events facilities: solicits new business and renews established contracts to promote rental of facilities. Maintains schedule of rentals to determine availability of facilities for bookings. Oversees operation and maintenance of facilities. Notifies fire and police departments of scheduled use of buildings to provide protection. Studies reports to ascertain time lessee used facilities and if damage was incurred to facilities or contents. Submits bills and receives and accounts for monies paid for rentals.

Special Events Coordinator

Coordinates and cooperates with Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product Managers in launching new products. Attends trade shows and industry association meetings. Provides product feedback and customer comments to Marketing teams. Participates in budgetary process. Negotiates with outside vendors as appropriate. Assists in preparation of manuals and technical publications. May establish product pricing. May review bids.

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Maintains and analyzes organization's general and subsidiary ledgers, verifying and entering into ledgers the details of the organization's financial transactions. Performs journal entry preparation and posting. Reports weekly cash projections. Reconciles and maintains bank accounts. Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable. Records assets and leases. Maintains payroll and personnel records. Files Federal and State payroll tax returns, and computes related deposits. Prepares financial statements and requested financial summaries and reports, including month- and year-end reporting.: Analyzes and corrects current-period errors in the general ledger. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports. Produces and files program reports. Assists in monthly budget analysis. Prepares annual budget to include program allocation. Provides special information/reports for management as requested. Handles billing and collections.
