May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Retail Consultant Bilingual

Provides customer service, frequently using a foreign language, in a retail environment. Guides new customers through the purchasing decision and educates them about their new product and/or service. Sells retail products and services to new and existing customers. Meets or exceeds service and sales objectives.: Maintains and demonstrates current knowledge of the latest products and services available for sale. Communicates with customers to understand their consumer needs and match their needs to the organization's products and services. Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations. Demonstrates ability to interact with customers using a foreign language and provide continuous support for all current clients.

Field Sales Supervisor

Field Service Technician

Installs and programs electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, robot controllers, end of arm tools, conveyors, and parts orienters, and performs on-site post-installation repair, calibration, and maintenance as scheduled or required, applying knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and programming. Reviews work orders and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation of repair assignment. : Discusses assignment with customer's representative and inspects installation site to verify that electrical supply wires, conduit, switches, and circuit breakers are installed according to specifications. Tests electrical components, such as wiring, switches, and relays, using testing instruments, and replaces faulty components, using hand tools. Conducts routine preventative maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules. Locates and replaces faulty printed circuit boards. May train customer's staff in operation of equipment. May repair faulty printed circuit boards. May be on-call and perform emergency repairs during off-business hours.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Interacts with customers, often using a foreign language, to provide information in response to inquires about accounts, products, and services. Handles and resolves customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or via phone or mail. Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance. Receives and processes orders, and provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.: Talks with customers, often using a foreign language, by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible. A degree in agriculture is preferred; however, some companies or farm owners may accept equivalent education and experience combined.: May install irrigation system(s) and irrigate fields. May set poles and string wires and twine on poles to form trellises. May lubricate, adjust, and make minor repairs on farm machinery, implements, and equipment, using mechanic's hand tools and work aids. May plant seeds in cold-frame bed and cover bed with cloth or glass to protect seedlings from weather. May transplant seedlings in rows, by hand or using transplanter machine. May grade and package crop for marketing.
