Customer Service Manager

Account Manager Sales

Account Services Director

Oversees, leads, directs, and manages the account services group. Facilitates new business growth with existing clients to generate additional revenue. Manages relationships, generates revenue within client base, and provides client support at the organizational level. Partners with the account management staff in the development of strategic solutions and business development. Manages on-boarding of new business into account services team.: Coordinates with the account management staff on customer-specific items. Assumes responsibility for client retention and satisfaction. Leads in developing business from select prospects, in coordination with top management goals and objectives. Supports top management with client presentations, and collaborates with marketing on various conferences and/or presentations. Utilizes superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Oversees and manages the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met. Addresses employee performance problems in accordance with personnel policies of the organization. Coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports, and provides career development opportunities though active recruitment, training, and quality management activities. Conducts annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

Account Executive Advertising

Promotes, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency. Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics. Confers with agency artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media to be used and to estimate costs. Requires a four-year college degree in a related field in addition to job related experience.: Submits proposed program and estimated budget to client for approval. Account Analyst

Compiles documents to prepare accounts for resolution. Audits and analyzes documents to validate billing or sales history, identifies necessary billing adjustments, and completes paperwork to support these changes. Analyzes sales data to identify product movement activity. Assists in providing timely and accurate reporting of revenue and subscriber or customer information. Consolidates and analyzes all revenue and distributes accurate reporting to assist in forecasting and budgeting. Works with necessary personnel to assure attainment of organization objectives. Requests and obtains required documentation to assist with analysis. Prepares required reports, such as payment verification reports, needed back-up reports, top accounts reports, reports of promises, and recommended adjustment reports. Documents all activity. Reviews monthly projections, advises if obtainable, and provides any issues with assigned clients or customers. Develops and maintains exceptional business relationships with both external and internal customers. Assures that payment verifications and all activity impacting month-end reports and billing are processed timely and accurately. Conducts statistical analysis and applies principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures. Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Advises management regarding matters, such as effective use of resources and return on investments scenarios. Identifies and develops added-value reports that would assist in developing solutions to maximize revenue. May develop, install, and maintain accounting systems that provide control of investments, receivables, and expenditures. May take a leadership role on task forces and committees designed to improve business processes.
