Hospital Top Professional Services Executive

Directs activities of multiple professional services units of a hospital. Organizational units may include but are not limited to three or more of the following professional areas: clinical divisions, pharmacy, social services, diagnostic imaging, laboratories, etc. Typically reports directly to the Hospital Administrator.: Coordinates activities with those of other hospital departments. Establishes policies and procedures in cooperation with other hospital officials. Interprets and administers personnel policies and provides for training program. Reviews activities and recommends changes in, or better utilization of, facilities, services, and staff. Establishes and maintains work schedules and assignments of resident professional staff members. Authorizes purchase of supplies and equipment. Prepares and submits budget, records, reports, and statistical data.

Manager Accounts Payable

Manages and coordinates activities required to ensure an accurate accounts payable system. Develops and recommends policy and procedure to govern the payment of company bills to the advantage of the organization in terms of cash flow and discounts. Plans, schedules, and directs the work of the accounts payable unit of an organization. The manager level is typically the second level of management and may have first level supervisors reporting to this position; however, in smaller organizations the manager may directly manage subordinate staff.: Manages the investigations of amounts due from the company for goods and services purchased. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budgets funds. Establishes policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts payable department. Interprets company policy to supervisors and employees and enforces company policy and practices. Prepares reports on the status of payables. Determines the amount of credit to be extended and recommends amount of working capital necessary to finance accounts payable. Manages maintenance of accounts payable ledger. Manages adjustment of customer claims. Conducts or participates in special studies of economic conditions in particular industries. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Manager Accounts Receivable

Manages and coordinates activities required to ensure an accurate accounts receivable system. Responsible for accounts receivable activities involving tracing sources of error, correcting billing records, processing final billings, reconciling errors, accuracy of charges on customer's bills, investigating, granting, and controlling credit, and in collecting accounts due, maintenance of accounts receivable ledger, and adjustment of customer claims. Monitors accounts receivable records, including claims and overdue invoices. The manager level is typically the second level of management and may have first level supervisors reporting to this position; however, in smaller organizations the manager may be a first level supervisor over subordinate staff.: Establishes and implements collection procedures. Prepares report on the status of credit and collections and other operating statements. Determines the amount of credit to be extended and recommends amount of working capital necessary to finance accounts receivable and to provide reserves against bad debts. Participates in credit groups in bankruptcy actions. Investigates credit standing of new customers, arranges terms of payment, and follows up on collection of accounts. Aids customers in obtaining financial assistance. Conducts or participates in special studies of economic conditions in particular industries. Visits existing and potential customers to investigate credit and collection matters and to foster good credit relationships between customer and company.

Manager Professional Association

Directs and coordinates activities of professional or trade association in accordance with established policies to further achievement of goals, objectives, and standards of profession or association. Typically reports to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position.: Directs research surveys, compilation, and analysis of factors, such as average income, benefits, standards, and common problems of profession, for presentation to association committees for action. Confers with officers to ensure that membership roster is current and complete and that members receive equal treatment regarding services and information provided by board. Directs or participates in preparation of educational and informative materials for presentation to membership or public in newsletters, magazines, news releases, or on radio or television. Provides information and technical assistance to members, clients of members, or public, relating to business operations. Represents association in negotiations with representatives of government, business, labor, and other organizations, and holds news conferences, delivers speeches, and appears before legislative bodies to present association's viewpoints and encourage acceptance of goals and objectives. Oversees finances of Board of Directors, including preparation of long-range forecast and monthly and annual budget reports. Plans, develops, and implements new programs and ideas, and confers with committee leaders to evaluate services and recommend methods to promote and increase membership involvement. Directs and coordinates association functions, such as conventions, exhibits, or local or regional workshops, to present membership with committee proposals on goals or objectives, familiarize membership or public with new technology or products, and increase public acceptance of membership objectives. Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities.
