Product Marketing Manager

Provides product line support for marketing program strategy, sales support, and channel support. Interfaces with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Business Operations, Business Development, and direct customers. Uses strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, and organizational abilities to bridge customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities. Identifies areas for growth and creates strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features. Drives and develops material for multiple product or service launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, and sales training materials. Develops and drives competitive marketing campaigns to ensure organization’s market share and profitability. Collaborates cross-functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.

Contract Management Manager

Manages a variety of government, international, and/or commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provides on-site advice to business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.: Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identifies risks and issues, and suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution. Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. Escalates to a senior director any contractual or business issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner. Implements contract management processes. Manages daily workload of assigned contract management personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the contract management function. Serves as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and the Legal Department, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Serves as liaison between the company and clients/vendors. Ensures that assigned personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Informs the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance. Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes.

Manager Contracts

Manages activities of professional level personnel concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services. Negotiates contracts with representatives. The manager level is typically the second level of management and may have first level supervisors reporting to this position; however, in smaller companies the manager may be a first level supervisor over subordinate staff.: Administers personnel functions of department, such as training, work scheduling, promotions, transfers, and performance ratings. Analyzes records of supply sources, movements of materials from plants, and current and prospective demands. Marketing Communications Manager

Provides a broad range of marketing and public relations services in accordance with the goals of the company. Promotes, markets, and sells the company's products and services through effective sales and marketing techniques and the overall coordination and management of seminars and special events activities. Establishes the strategic direction of marketing communications initiatives.: Implements and periodically revises the company's public relations plan.
