Assistant Treasurer Corporate

Assists or supervises the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments. Assists in the financial functions of the organization's treasury activities including financial planning, procurement, and investment of funds and other assets. Controller Assistant

Assists in financial activities of organization or subdivision of organization; prepares or directs preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations. To carry out the responsibilities at this level typically requires a four-year degree.: Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company or subdivision. May manage accounting department. May direct preparation of budgets. May prepare reports required by regulatory agencies. May advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions. May arrange for audits of company. May advise management about property and liability insurance coverage needed. May direct financial planning, procurement, and investment of funds for organization.

Fast Food Assistant Manager

Assists manager of a franchised or independent fast food or wholesale-prepared food establishment. Directs, participate in, or coordinate preparation of, and cooking, wrapping or packing types of food served or prepared by establishment, collecting of monies from in-house or take-out customers, or assembling food orders for wholesale customers.: May coordinate activities of workers engaged in keeping business records, collecting and paying accounts, ordering or purchasing supplies, and delivery of foodstuffs to wholesale or retail customers. May interview, hire, and train personnel. May contact prospective wholesale customers, such as mobile food vendors, vending machine operators, bar and tavern owners, and institutional personnel, to promote sale of prepared foods, such as doughnuts, sandwiches, and specialty food items. Assistant Construction Superintendent

Assists superiors in planning construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs and/or supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in field construction projects, such as buildings, dams, highways, pipelines, or other construction projects. This is typically a second level supervisory position with responsibility over first level supervisors or a first level supervisor with multi-craft responsibility; typically requires previous experience as a foreman over craft workers and as a first level supervisor over craft foreman.: Inspects work performed by subcontractors, including ductwork, wiring, and pipe installations, to ensure conformance with specifications. Examines blueprints, selects materials, and inspects them to ensure conformance with provisions of building code, local ordinance, and specifications. Responsible for assigned segment of project. Inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and adherence to work schedules.

Nursing Home Assistant Administrator

Supports the Administrator in the management of daily functions of the nursing home. Determines the effectiveness of operations and ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Prepares staffing schedules to ensure that adequate numbers of appropriately trained professional and auxiliary personnel are on duty at all times to meet the needs of residents. This position typically requires a college degree in a related field and four years of industry experience.: Supports the Administrator in the management of daily functions of the nursing home. Assists in hiring, developing, and motivating a qualified support staff for the facility. Maintains and communicates policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. This position typically requires a college degree in a related field and four years of industry experience. May directly oversee and manage business office administration for the facility.

Retail Store Assistant Manager (Revenue)

Assists in managing daily operations of a retail store. Performs a variety of duties personally and/or supervises employees performing duties. Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Prepares or directs workers preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy. Performs sales work, takes inventories, reconciles cash with sales receipts, keeps operating records, and/or prepares daily record of transactions. Reports to Store Manager and supervises subordinate staff. NOTE--ERI'S findings based on revenue size.: Acts as manager in manager's absence. Orders merchandise or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices.

Production Supervisor Assistant

Assists supervisor in coordinating activities of workers engaged in manufacturing processes, utilizing knowledge of equipment, procedures, and specifications. Assigns workers to workstations to meet production requirements. : Interprets process specifications for workers. Monitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material, and machine operation when necessary. Transports materials between production and storage areas. Repairs various machines, using hand tools and power tools. Refers extensive machine repairs to maintenance personnel. Confers with supervisor to receive instructions and exchange production information. Tests random samples of product, using various test equipment, to verify that products meet specifications. Periodically recalibrates test equipment. Trains workers in equipment operation. May perform duties of absent workers to maintain production.

Seasonal Merchandiser

Services company seasonal products through retail accounts in assigned territory. Ensures product is accurately displayed and available for consumers. Maintains store presentation standards through day-to-day merchandising of all specific seasonal products, including resets, fixture installation, store sets, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, shelf maintenance, display maintenance, and point of purchase (POP) installation.: Stocks and arranges shelves and seasonal product displays in stores. Tracks store level inventory through product counts. Identifies opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals. Assists with product knowledge training to store personnel with the intention of allowing them to better drive sales to the end user. Provides excellent customer service on a daily basis to visiting consumers as they patrol the aisles and inquire about seasonal product(s). Provides daily feedback to the Market Sales Coordinator and District Manager regarding consumer response, retailer response, and business objectives to assist with target goals and objectives.

Dental Orthodontic Assistant

Assists Orthodontist during examination and treatment of patients. Prepares patient, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, and prepares materials. Takes and records medical and dental histories and vital signs of patient. : Removes cement from bands using hand scaler or ultrasound. Removes and replaces any portion of orthodontic appliance that causes discomfort to the patient. Recements loose orthodontic bands. Takes impressions for study casts, models, orthodontic appliances, and registrations. Instructs patients in oral and orthodontic hygiene, removable appliances, and tooth brushing techniques. Evaluates returning patients for unbonded brackets and loose or broken bands. Places and removes arch wires. Records treatment information in patient records. May schedule appointments, prepare bills and receive payment for dental services, complete insurance forms, and maintain clerical records.

Medical Laboratory Assistant

Performs a variety of routine non-technical duties in assisting technical and professional personnel in clinical and research laboratories. Labels and delivers laboratory specimens to the appropriate department of the hospital or medical facility.: Accesses lab specimens for use in analytical studies. Answers telephones and greets patients visiting the department. Cleans and sterilizes equipment, instruments, and glassware. Sterilizes biohazardous waste, specimens, and media. Inventories linens, lab coats, and personal protection equipment. Orders, sorts, organizes, and stores laboratory supplies. Searches for and locates missing specimens and investigates inappropriately labeled specimens. Maintains assigned work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Maintains departmental records and performs general administrative duties. May run errands and pick up supplies.
