Claims Administration Director

Oversees and directs the management of the claims function to include review and approval of claims. Directs the implementation and ongoing maintenance of claims handling systems, policies, and procedures. Typically requires a college degree and five or more years of claims management experience.: Monitors departmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies as well as contractual obligations. Performs regular data analysis of claims payment reports to identify variances so that areas of focus may be identified and resources may be appropriately deployed. Reviews project budgets and cash flow estimates and determines eligibility for project funding. Directs the administration of the budget and maintains financial records.

Business Administration Manager

Manages local, district, or regional business. Manages and coordinates subordinate staff. Reviews official directives and correspondence to ascertain such data as changes prescribed in programs, policies, and procedures, and new assignments or responsibilities delegated. Banking Branch Administration Manager

Marketing Administration Manager

Manages marketing and/or sales administration. Ensures marketing/selling activities are in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures. Directs and coordinates personnel who provide administrative sales and marketing support. Typically reports to a director.: Updates the status of sales orders and coordinates deliveries from the point of production and distribution. Directs personnel program. Directs preparation of accounting records. Recommends budgets to management. May confer with customers and customer representatives to evaluate and promote possibilities for improved and expanded marketing. May direct marketing and sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services.
