Area Manager Retail

Manages operations of retail stores in assigned geographic area. Supervises Store Managers. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring store activities, such as sales, expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status of store activities. The next organization level above the Area Manager is typically a District or Zone Manager. NOTE--ERI's findings based on sales volume.: Interprets company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations. Recruits, hires, and trains store managers to operate store according to corporate policies. Analyzes store budgets to identify needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budgets funds. Monitors cash flow, sales performance, inventory control, cash with sales receipts, and operating records. Ensures compliance with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices. May recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. May formulate pricing policies to ensure profitability. May coordinate sales promotion activities and prepare, or supervise preparation of, merchandise displays and advertising copy. May answer customers' complaints or inquiries.

Manager Retail Area

Poly Area Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in preparing chemical solutions and in operating purification units, reaction vessels, and driers in polymerization of raw materials, such as synthetic rubber or resin: plans preparation of chemical solutions and rate of flow of materials through reaction vessels to maintain continuous flow of polymer through process. Observes control-panel instruments to verify conformity of reaction and monomer-recovery process to specifications. Trains workers in operation of equipment. Performs other duties as described under supervisor. May be designated according to activity of workers supervised as drier operator, head; monomer-recovery supervisor; polymerization supervisor.

Finishing Area Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating coagulation tanks, vacuum filters, atmospheric driers, hammer mills, calender machine, and cutting, stacking, and wrapping machines to convert synthetic-rubber latex to crumbs (solids) and to prepare rubber for shipment: observes meters and recording-instrument charts to follow progress of process reactions, verify process specifications, and diagnose malfunction. Inspects operating condition of machinery and equipment and examines product to detect equipment malfunctions. Trains workers in operation of equipment. Performs other duties as described under supervisor. May supervise workers engaged in coagulation, filtration, and drying activities only and be designated coagulating-drying supervisor.

Process Area Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in preparing chemical solutions and in operating purification units, reaction vessels, and driers in polymerization of raw materials, such as synthetic rubber or resin: plans preparation of chemical solutions and rate of flow of materials through reaction vessels to maintain continuous flow of polymer through process. Wide Area Network Administrator

Administers design, organization, and implementation of network, and oversees technical support staff who manage and maintain hubs, servers, and routers. Responsibilities require an understanding of both networking and telecommunications theory and practice. May require a college degree or extensive education and experience in a related field.: Interfaces with users, technical teams, and vendors on new technology and system upgrades and to determine software and hardware installation requirements. Reads technical manuals and brochures to determine equipment which meets establishment requirements. Assists in presenting recommendations related to purchasing and installing hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment. Develops and monitors security procedures to safeguard systems from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data. Analyzes traffic and workload for optimum network performance to ensure organization's objectives are met. Develops and writes procedures for installation, use, and solving problems of communications hardware and software. Prepares charts and diagrams to explain network operation and to train managers and others in proper use. Organizes training programs and prepares checklists and processes for help desk. May oversee or assist in installation of communications hardware. May perform minor equipment repairs.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Stays current with changes and developments in the wireless industry.

Manager Area Sales

Manages sales activities of establishment. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program of area or establishment. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Assigns sales territory to sales personnel. Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist dealers in promoting sales. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. This position is the first level of management and may have supervisors reporting to it.: Recommends product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Represents company at industry association meetings to promote product. Acts as liaison between sales and other departments. Holds sales meetings. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Assists other departments within establishment to prepare manuals and technical publications. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales. May participate in product research and development.

Retail Wireless Consultant

Provides support for wireless service customers in an effort to achieve retail store and budget objectives. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of cellular equipment and service.: Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions. Assists potential and existing customers in the purchase of phone equipment and service. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Telemarkets for prospective customers. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Escalates complicated issues for resolution. Assists in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility. Performs cash and inventory counts and verification. Receives, processes, and deposits all payments received, according to standard procedures. Assists with mid-month and/or month end inventory. Assists in maintaining a presentable store appearance. Identifies areas to improve service to external customers. Achieves individual sales targets for new customer acquisitions, sale of essential products and services, and sale of additional features. Stays current with changes and developments in the telecommunications industry.
