Approves applications for united states passports and related privileges and services: reviews information on applications, such as applicant's birthplace and birthplaces of applicant's parents, to determine eligibility according to nationality laws and governmental policies. Director Child Support Enforcement Program

Directs agency or major function of public or voluntary organization providing services in social welfare field to individuals, groups, or community: works with board of directors and committees to establish policies and programs and administers such programs. Determines policies and defines scope of services to be rendered within legislative regulations for public welfare agency functioning without board of directors.
