CRM Application Administrator

Provides and supports sales and marketing with a repeatable, automated, sales/marketing lead generation, account management, reporting, and conversion tool. This position requires expertise in CRM platforms.: Promotes the proper use and adoption of the CRM application. Coordinates all sources of information. Produces and communicates sales and marketing reports to identify areas of concern or success factors. Sets up, trains, and creates hierarchy for new users. Maintains list of users. Converts/imports new accounts from electronic sources. Works with executives to build, run, and analyze specific reports. Updates the layout of the application when needed. Adds new fields/code source details when needed. Assists and builds forecasting model for sales. Acts as advisor for changing the application or decisions regarding CRM platforms. Coordinates database updates and ensures that database clean-up efforts are completed and managed as needed.

CRM Application Architect

Implements CRM-related technology, business processes, and service. Assists in the development and implementation of CRM capabilities through the definition of business processes and requirements, application development, testing, training, change management, and communications. : Performs customer database and contact management, sales force automation, service, and marketing automation.

Passport Application Examiner

Approves applications for united states passports and related privileges and services: reviews information on applications, such as applicant's birthplace and birthplaces of applicant's parents, to determine eligibility according to nationality laws and governmental policies. Examines supporting documents, such as affidavits, records, newspaper files, and bibles, to evaluate relevance and authenticity of documents. Queries applicants to obtain additional or clarifying data. Forwards approved applications to designated official, and prepares summaries for cases not approved, indicating points of law. Approves, prepares, monitors, and adjusts department budget, and prepares required records and reports. Participates in staffing decisions.
