Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Mental Health Clinician Consultant

Provides group and individual therapy to patients.: Provides psychotherapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples or families and may specialize in a certain area. Provides emergency and crisis intervention services. Determines frequency, duration, and intensity of treatment. Diagnoses and evaluates mental health status of patients. Collaborates with psychiatrist in developing treatment plans and works closely with patient’s medical providers. Prepares client progress notes and maintains records of treatment. Consumer Services Consultant

Organizes and conducts consumer education service or research program for equipment, food, textile, or utility company, utilizing principles of home economics. Advises homemakers in selection and utilization of household equipment, food, and clothing, and interprets homemakers' needs to manufacturers of household products. : Writes advertising copy and articles of interest to homemakers, tests recipes, equipment, and new household products, conducts radio and television homemakers' programs, and performs other public relations and promotion work for business firms, newspapers, magazines, and radio and television stations. Advises individuals and families on home management practices, such as budget planning, meal preparation, and energy conservation. Teaches improved homemaking practices to homemakers and youths through educational programs, demonstrations, discussions, and home visits. May engage in research in government, private industry, and colleges and universities to explore family relations or child development, develop new products for home, discover facts on food nutrition, and test serviceability of new materials. May specialize in specific area of home economics and be designated according to specialization.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Stays current with changes and developments in the wireless industry.

Environmental Consultant

Consults with industrial, commercial, or government clients and/or organization department heads to ascertain and define environmental need or problem area and determines scope of investigation required to obtain solution. Consults with client or organization regarding management of environmental projects, programs, and issues, which may include conducting regulatory compliance audits and dealing or negotiating with governmental environmental regulatory agencies. Conducts research and performs studies and surveys to obtain data required for solution. Analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. Requires knowledge in fields defined as physical science, geology, and/or engineering.: Prepares estimates and proposals based on project specifications and/or communication with clients. Communicates with clients to discern their needs and to provide an understanding of the activities that will be performed. Prepares and reviews site-specific work plans, sampling and analysis plans, QA/QC plans, and safety plans. Retains and coordinates with various subcontractors (e.g., excavation, drilling, demolition, private consultants, etc.) to perform environmental assessments and/or remediation activities. Collects soil, groundwater, soil vapor, storm water, and/or air samples in support of environmental investigation/remediation activities. Preserves or packages environmental samples in accordance with method-specific protocols. Evaluates analytical data and performs cursory data validation. Analyzes data to determine solutions, such as installation or implementation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services. Prepares technical reports to document field activities, report data, and evaluate options for the client based on interpretation of Federal, State, and county environmental regulations, rules, and guidance documents associated with environmental investigation, permitting, and remediation activities. Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving needs or problems, or recommends specific solution. May negotiate contract for consulting service. May specialize in providing consulting service to government in field of specialization.

Community Service Consultant

Plans, organizes, and coordinates programs with agencies and groups concerned with social problems of community: promotes and coordinates activities of agencies, groups, and individuals to meet identified needs. Studies and assesses strength and weakness of existing resources. Interprets needs, programs, and services to agencies, groups, and individuals involved and provides leadership and assistance. Prepares reports and disseminates information. Maintains contact with representatives of other organizations to exchange and update information on resources and services available. May write proposals to obtain government or private funding for projects designed to meet needs of community. May assist in budget preparation and presentation. May assist in raising funds. Works in specialized fields such as housing, urban renewal and redevelopment, and health or in public or voluntary coordinating agency, such as community welfare or health council, or combined fund raising and welfare planning council. Works with special groups such as elderly, financially disadvantaged, juvenile delinquents, or physically or mentally handicapped. Usually required to have degree from school of social work. May direct and coordinate activities of volunteers or practicum students.

Travel Consultant

Plans trips for members of automobile club: confers with member in person or by telephone to answer questions and explain services. Marks suitable roads and possible detours on road map, showing route from point of origin to destination and return. Indicates points of interest, restaurants, hotels or other housing accommodations, and emergency repair services available along route. Reserves hotel, motel, or resort accommodations by telephone, telegraph, or letter. Calculates mileage of marked route and estimates travel expenses. Assists clients, including Real Estate Agents and Brokers, in solving their real estate needs in a specific area, such as listing, selling, leasing, or appraisal of commercial or residential property, using an unbiased and disinterested initial approach for true objectivity. Prospects, researches, analyzes, markets, and/or negotiates the lease and/or sale of real estate. Provides potential clients with proof of professional licenses, proof of liability insurance, and letters from satisfied clients, and perhaps even phone numbers of people willing to share information about the consultant.

Service Station Manager Automobile

Manages automobile service station; plans, develops, and implements policies for operating station, such as hours of operation, workers required, and duties, scope of operations, and prices for products and services. Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities, such as pumping gasoline, checking engine oil, tires, battery, and washing windows and windshield. Notifies customer when oil is dirty or low, tires are worn, hoses or fan belts are defective, or evidence indicates battery defects, to promote sale of products and services, such as oil change and lubrication, tires, battery, or other automotive accessories. Hires and trains workers, prepares work schedules, and assigns workers to specific duties, such as customer service, automobile maintenance, or repair work. : Reconciles cash with gasoline pump meter readings, sales slips, and credit card charges. Orders, receives, and inventories gasoline, oil, automotive accessories, and parts. May perform automotive maintenance and repair work, such as adjusting or relining brakes, motor tune-ups, valve grinding, and changing and repairing tires. May sell only gasoline and oil on self-service basis.
