Operates cash register, scanners, and computers to itemize and total customer's purchases in grocery, gasoline service stations, department, or other retail establishments. Enters charges for all items, subtracts value of discounts, coupons, or returns, totals bill, accepts payment of cash, personal check, charge and debit card.: Reviews price sheets to note price changes and sale items. Checks identification when required by transaction. Records prices and departments, subtotals taxable items, and totals purchases on cash register. Collects cash, check, or charge payment from customer and makes change for cash transactions. Counts money in cash drawer at beginning and end of work shift. May record daily transaction amounts from cash register to balance cash drawer. May weigh items, wrap and bag merchandise, issue trading stamps, and redeem food stamps and promotional coupons. May cash checks. May use electronic scanner to record price. May stock shelves and mark or display prices for items.

Manages all aspects of organization's loss prevention activities, such as asset protection, store safety, training, and oversight of security equipment. Implements and coordinates security and theft prevention programs designed to ensure the protection of company assets and increase profitability.: Reviews reported loss events such as shoplifting, robbery or burglary, destruction or sabotage of company property, employee theft or fraud, or any other internal or external event resulting in loss of company assets. Modifies loss prevention plan to protect against repeat occurrences of loss events. Selects and trains loss prevention personnel, with emphasis on professionalism and safety. Coordinates investigations of loss events, and works with local law enforcement and other prosecuting agencies. Maintains records and reports of loss events, and monitors loss prevention department's contribution to total store shortage reduction. Prepares training materials and may provide training during new employee orientation.

Experience in a managed health plan is typically desired.: Reviews and makes determinations on all questionable physician review decisions. Assists in the development of clinical practice guidelines or case management guidelines. Participates in the review and approval of inter-rater reliability monitoring. Provides medical input into the development of preventive health, quality improvement, and utilization management activities. Assists with the analysis of provider profiles to identify areas for improvement. Serves as an interface in professional or institutional matters between the plan and its providers. May conduct provider profile consultation visits.

Dispenses and compounds prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care, according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements in a retail or satellite pharmacy.: Reviews and monitors medication therapy and orders written by appropriate caregivers for safety and effectiveness considering specific patient conditions and health status. Prepares labels and dispenses medications for patients in accordance with physicians' prescriptions and in compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations pertaining to the dispensing of drugs and narcotics and the maintenance of required records. Compounds medications, using standard formulas and processes, such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. Maintains appropriate records of dispensing and oversees and maintains the systems that charge or credit for medications and medication treatments. Supervises pharmacy workers who assist in mixing, packaging, labeling and dispensing pharmaceuticals. Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage of pharmaceuticals. Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs. Provides drug information and educates caregivers and patients regarding medications and their proper use and monitoring. Monitors all aspects of the medication process, collects data and presents reports and recommendations regarding issues with medication systems. Ensures that proper documentation is completed for all medications, with particular attention on controlled substances. Maintains all equipment and systems used in the preparation, oversight and dispensing of medications. Ensures that appropriate medications are available, ordered, prepared, stored and maintained. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and certification or completion of an accredited clinical residency program. A current license is also required. May analyze medications to determine identity, purity, and strength.

Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates appropriate healthcare services, under direct supervision, in conjunction with Physician's treatment plan to ensure that cost effective, quality care is provided. Typically requires licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN with at least two year of relevant nursing experience.: Coordinates cases that normally include prospective and retrospective review and prior authorization, determining the appropriate level of care and utilization of services, concurrent review, retrospective review, developing discharge plans, and ensuring quality cost effectiveness. Develops a plan of care for patients from admission to discharge. Monitors patient progress toward desired outcomes through assessments and evaluations. Analyzes referred cases for potential case management interventions. Evaluates the effectiveness of alternate care services and ensures that cost effective, quality care is maintained to meet case management objectives. Determines if proposed medical treatment plans meet contract provisions. May arrange referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, and confer with other specialist on course of care and treatment.
