Make and confirm reservations and sell tickets to passengers and for large hotel or motel chains. May check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse, pier, or track; make reservations, deliver tickets, arrange for visas, contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours, or provide tourists with travel information, such as points of interest, restaurants, rates, and emergency service. Exclude 'Travel Agents' (41-3041), 'Hotel, Motel, and Resort Desk Clerks' (43-4081), and 'Cashiers' (41-2011) who sell tickets for local transportation.

Directs employees, through subordinate levels of management, engaged in receiving calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints and claims of customers. Assists the Customer Service Top Officer in planning, formulating customer service policies, and directing and coordinating the company's customer service activities. Typically reports to Customer Service Top Officer and Customer Service Managers may report to this position.: Providing administrative support to sales activities may be part of the director's responsibilities. Such administrative support activities may include, but are not limited to, processing customers orders, supplying price quotations, supplying product information, keeping sales statistics, and other related activities. Oversees the investigation of complaints, such as those concerning rates or service in connection with any product or service offered. Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to complaint, considering nature and complexity of complaint, requirements, actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly. Authorizes retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or customer inquiries.

Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates appropriate healthcare services, under direct supervision, in conjunction with Physician's treatment plan to ensure that cost effective, quality care is provided. Typically requires licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN with at least two year of relevant nursing experience.: Coordinates cases that normally include prospective and retrospective review and prior authorization, determining the appropriate level of care and utilization of services, concurrent review, retrospective review, developing discharge plans, and ensuring quality cost effectiveness. Develops a plan of care for patients from admission to discharge. Monitors patient progress toward desired outcomes through assessments and evaluations. Analyzes referred cases for potential case management interventions. Evaluates the effectiveness of alternate care services and ensures that cost effective, quality care is maintained to meet case management objectives. Determines if proposed medical treatment plans meet contract provisions. May arrange referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, and confer with other specialist on course of care and treatment.

Administers the installation of assigned accounts under general direction including, but not limited to, structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as administrative documents and customer education materials.: Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May provide guidance or expertise to less experienced representatives.

Coordinates and participates in design, evaluation, planning, integration, testing, and completion activities in engineering projects. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Gathers and correlates engineering data. Performs various tests and documents results.: Provides technical direction and guidance to professional and/or sub-professional personnel. Directs and oversees any combination of design, planning, specification writing, plan review, or inspection activities necessary for the completion of projects. Assigns work, gives instructions, and resolves difficult engineering problems. Directs and supervises the activities of engineering personnel in analyzing field data and preparing plans, profiles, maps, and/or related drawings necessary for assigned projects. Provides technical information to officials of governmental jurisdictions, other engineers, and the public. Interacts with public utility companies as needed. Supervises the preparation and maintenance of records pertaining to job expenditures, budget programs, work order balances, requests for change orders, progress pay, and final estimates on contracts. May prepare specifications and related contract documents to be used in advertising projects for bids.

Teaches college or university courses for undergraduate or graduate students, with faculty rank lower than that of professor in traditional hierarchy as determined by institution's estimate of scholarly maturity. Teaches one or more subjects, such as economics, chemistry, law, or medicine, within a prescribed curriculum. Prepares and delivers lectures to students.: Compiles bibliographies of specialized materials for outside reading assignments. Stimulates class discussions. Compiles, administers, and grades examinations, or assigns this work to others. Directs research of other teachers or graduate students working for advanced academic degrees. Conducts research in particular field of knowledge and publishes findings in professional journals. Performs related duties, such as advising students on academic and vocational curricula and acting as adviser to student organizations. Serves on faculty committee providing professional consulting services to government and industry.

Provides general legal support and advice for a corporation, as directed by the General Counsel, through timely responses to inquiries and requests. Negotiates agreements with key strategic partners. Serves as a subject matter expert to the Law Department, Compliance, Government Relations, and other business units.: Negotiates contracts and performs legal analysis and drafting. Advises and counsels senior business clients in connection with sales practice issues and other issues. Reviews applicable statutes and regulations. Assists with the preparation of responses to various regulatory inquiries. Supervises and manages regulatory examinations conducted by external agencies. Prepares and reviews registration statements of business development companies. May manage and obtain licenses in various states. May collaborate with business partners on healthcare insurance issues and healthcare regulatory issues. May prepare and report corporate information to the SEC. May collaborate with a team of legal professionals.

Develops and maintains clinical software applications. Designs, produces, and analyzes health data reports. This position is an entry-level analyst position but typically requires a college degree and familiarity with computer information systems.: Analyzes, develops, and maintains computer applications, procedures, and other systems that satisfy the needs of the clinical user departments. Assists in developing design work, including testing and documentation. Designs, produces, and analyzes specific health care reports. Reviews, evaluates, and implements requests from clinical user departments. Assists in monitoring computer applications to ensure proper use and security. Analyzes problems, determines causes, and initiates corrective action. Assists in the development of clear and concise documentation and instruction manuals. Coordinates and installs new software applications with user departments. Maintains a high level of interaction with all clinical areas to continually enhance and improve patient care.

Performs any combination of following tasks in post exchange: arranges for gift wrapping, monogramming, printing, and fabrication of such items as desk nameplates and rubber stamps, and repair or replacement of defective items covered by warranty. Takes orders for such items as decorated cakes, cut flowers, personalized greeting cards and stationery, and merchandise rentals and repairs. Prepares special order worksheet. Keeps record of services in progress. Notifies customer when service is completed and accepts payment. Acts as wedding consultant. Assists customers to select and purchase specified merchandise personal shopper. Keeps records of items in layaway, receives and posts customer payments, and prepares and forwards delinquent notices layaway clerk. Issues temporary identification cards from information on military records. Approves customer's checks and provides check cashing service according to exchange policy. Answers customer's telephone, mail, and in-person inquiries and directs customers to appropriate sales area information clerk. Resolves customer complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments. Provides customers with catalogs and information concerning prices, shipping time, and costs.
