Manages and coordinates activities of subordinate managerial personnel involved in operating fast food services in assigned area. Acts as District Manager over franchised or independent fast food or wholesale-prepared food establishment. May be designated according to rank as motorized-squad captain; motorized-squad lieutenant; motorized-squad sergeant. In some municipalities, may coordinate activities of all personnel engaged in enforcing traffic laws, directing traffic, and investigating accidents and be designated commanding officer, traffic division.
