Investigates reported equal opportunity violations to clarify issues, and may meet with managers and personnel involved to address, arbitrate, and settle disputes. Prepares reports mandated by government agencies. Remains current on modifications in government regulations and informs management of changes. Makes recommendations for changes in policies to mitigate violations. May train other department managers and supervisors in compliance requirements such as posting notices, processing grievances, or correcting gender, minority, and other protected class imbalances.

Monitors company contracts to determine Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action requirements and to facilitate compliance with government agencies. Identifies potential areas of equal employment or diversity problems, studies equal opportunity complaints to clarify issues, and meets with personnel involved to counsel, arbitrate, and settle disputes.: Confers with supervisory personnel to verify or document alleged violations of law, such as failure to post notices, process grievances, or correct ethnic or other imbalances. Reviews contracts to determine company actions required to meet equal opportunity provisions of local, State, or Federal laws. Prepares report of findings and makes recommendations for corrective action. Participates with Personnel Manager in addressing and resolving issues involving company hiring and related personnel policies.

Organizes and implements federally funded programs related to equal employment opportunity by providing consultation, encouraging good will between employers and minority communities, and evaluating employment practices: consults with community representatives to develop technical assistance agreements in accordance with statutory regulations. Informs minority community on civil rights laws. Assists employers to interpret state and federal laws. Develops guidelines for nondiscriminatory employment practices for use by employers. Acts as liaison representative between minority placement agencies and large employers. Investigates existing employment practices to detect and correct discriminatory factors. Conducts surveys and evaluates findings to determine existence of systematic discrimination.

Coordinates new and existing regional and/or national accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, revenue optimization, and account growth. Communicates with clients on a regular basis, providing support, marketing ideas, product updates, and reporting. Maintains knowledge and trends of clients' industries, and establishes and maintains strong relationships within these industries. Organizes advertising and coordinates scheduling and promotions to ensure client satisfaction and project completion. Assists Account Executives in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.: Supports account team in daily program management activities, such as media tracking, list building, Internet research, copy editing, crafting materials, coordinating scheduling and promotions, conducting pitch calls, developing data bases, implementing strategies and research projects, coordinating mailings, assembling press packets, training kits or other materials, and general office and client support. Participates in internal client brainstorming sessions by offering ideas for each project. Makes recommendations to project lead on how to improve a project. Collaborates with project/team lead to effectively complete scope of work so that it is top quality but also within the terms of the contract. Assists in managing vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are produced accurately, on time, and within budget. Provides research, data consolidation, and recommendation development used to create internal reports, process documents, and/or industry trend reporting. Serves as a liaison for the account team to marketing team members and the Corporate Communications Department for the dissemination of information. Executes strategies through writing, editing, proofreading, desktop publishing, and web content. Schedules client meetings and teleconferences for team and helps prepare materials for them. Coordinates event logistics. Represents organization at industry or skill specific meetings or conferences. Crafts audits that can be included in communications plans. Creates work plans, and meets project deadlines as set by team lead. Provides administrative support when necessary.

Supervises the servicing or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating expenditures expected and submits to management. Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Typically reports to Account Manager Sales, or equivalent manager, and is the first level of supervision.: Interprets accounts and records to management. Usually a position that requires sales activities.

Assists students and teachers to locate career information related to students' interests and aptitudes, or demonstrates use of Internet, files, shelf collections, and other information retrieval systems. Keeps records of students enrolled in work experience program and other vocational programs to assist counseling and guidance staff. May make presentations to parent and other groups to publicize activities of career center.
