Assists Web Editors with developing, coordinating, editing, and maintaining assigned content on organization or client websites. Communicates web standards and guidelines, content processes, and strategic direction of the website to necessary staff. Ensures that content meets organization's or client's needs.: Confirms project specifications and troubleshoots encountered problems to ensure timely delivery of finished product. Monitors compliance with corporate guidelines. Reviews written submissions for formatting, layout, design, and specification requirements. Serves as backup for other Web Editors. Maintains familiarity with other web applications and new online technologies. Provides advice and counsel on communications, web writing, copy editing, and technical matters.

Coordinates and participates in design, evaluation, planning, integration, testing, and completion activities in engineering projects. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Gathers and correlates engineering data. Performs various tests and documents results.: Provides technical direction and guidance to professional and/or sub-professional personnel. Directs and oversees any combination of design, planning, specification writing, plan review, or inspection activities necessary for the completion of projects. Assigns work, gives instructions, and resolves difficult engineering problems. Directs and supervises the activities of engineering personnel in analyzing field data and preparing plans, profiles, maps, and/or related drawings necessary for assigned projects. Provides technical information to officials of governmental jurisdictions, other engineers, and the public. Interacts with public utility companies as needed. Supervises the preparation and maintenance of records pertaining to job expenditures, budget programs, work order balances, requests for change orders, progress pay, and final estimates on contracts. May prepare specifications and related contract documents to be used in advertising projects for bids.

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Stays current with changes and developments in the wireless industry.

Receives cash, personal check, or charge or debit card for payment of food, rent, property, deposits, fees, accounts receivable, or other goods and services. Operates cash register, scanners, and computers to itemize and total customer's purchases.: Records prices, subtotals taxable items, and totals purchases on cash register. Collects cash, check, or charge payment from customer and makes change for cash transactions. Checks identification when required by transaction. Checks and verifies to note price changes. Counts money in cash drawer at beginning and end of work shift. Ensures accuracy of collection and disbursement of funds. May open and close cashier window. May record daily transaction amounts from cash register to balance cash drawer. May cash checks. May use electronic scanner to record price. May collect and issue refunds.

Directs activities of state commission for the blind to facilitate vocational and social adjustment of visually handicapped individuals: directs, through subordinates, activities of workers engaged in training visually handicapped in vocational and other skills. Plans and organizes training programs and self-employment opportunities for blind persons. Confers with representatives of civic groups and charitable organizations to coordinate programs and services. Recommends changes in legislation affecting visually handicapped individuals. Represents commission at conventions and addresses public gatherings to promote understanding of problems of blind and partially sighted and activities of commission. Authorizes purchase of materials and equipment within allocated budget.

Sells and services seasonal company products through established accounts in assigned territory. Hosts specialized selling events at retail establishments or at potential customer locations. Provides support to the Lead Sales Associate in the efficient promotion of assigned products through merchandise presentations. Receives and processes orders. Ensures products are accurately displayed.: Provides excellent customer service to visiting customers as they look at and inquire about products, providing information concerning product, pricing, and availability. Assists with product knowledge training to other sales personnel in order to help drive sales. Provides feedback to management regarding consumer response, retailer response, and business objectives to assist with target goals and objective.

Sells company products and/or services to meet all of the needs of existing and potential customers while rendering quality service in accordance with company goals to attain growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Handles customer transactions or requests while providing courteous, timely, and informative service to ensure that the customer feels completely satisfied. Identifies customers’ needs and ensures customers receive a positive impression of the organization.: Builds effective relationships and trust with clients and potential clients by listening to and uncovering their needs and educating them about the company’s products and services that are most appropriate for their situation. Processes payment and receipt of transactions for all product types and services accurately, courteously, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Gathers data by conducting in person or phone interviews with clients or prospective clients and discusses product or service recommendations. Seeks information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations, needs, and desired benefits, and evaluates product or service alternatives. Responds effectively to customers requesting to return merchandise, cancel services, or close their accounts, determines reason for dissatisfaction, and offers possible alternatives. Supports marketing campaigns and product launches, modifying sales techniques to achieve sales results.

Directs and coordinates all commissioning activities, including testing, pre-commissioning, and start up efforts, for facilities being constructed. Performs commissioning of new facilities and retro-commissioning of existing facilities. Plans, schedules, and executes detailed phases of commissioning activities. Conducts design reviews, prepares commissioning oversight reports, participates in the establishment of testing and commissioning schedules and requirements, and oversees on-site testing.: Assists in the development of the design intent, the commissioning plan, and commissioning check sheets. Participates in design reviews. Evaluates project submittals for consistency with the design intent. Develops commissioning verification sheets and test procedures. Provides field verification through witnessing and testing to ensure project quality and adherence to design. Presents test results and corrective actions to the client. Develops and maintains relationships with contractors and field personnel to develop additional business for the group. Collaborates with the Site Commissioning Manager to develop system scoping documents, turnover packages, schedules, testing procedures, and reports. Assists with the development of lesson plans, operation, and maintenance training information and maintains commissioning records. Provides direction to owner's operation and maintenance personnel as the facility progresses through commissioning and testing. Prepares technical manuals and studies and maintains commissioning and start-up records. May conduct and/or participate in the facility performance and acceptance testing program.

Generates a high volume of sales by providing customer service and demonstrating product and/or service knowledge.: Builds customer base through leads and follow through. Qualifies customers as to needs via effective use of questions and listening skills. Matches customer's needs with appropriate product and/or service offerings. Recommends products and/or services to customers and closes sales. Maintains knowledge of competitive offerings in the market. Ensures inventory integrity. May maintain merchandise by cleaning, signing, pricing, and replenishing products in assigned areas.
