Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.
