Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Interfaces with client and building agencies. Responds to bid inquiries regarding pre-bid approvals and prepares addenda. Provides assistance in construction administration. Prepares project correspondence. Conducts on-site observations as directed by Architectural Project Manager and prepares observation reports when appropriate. Reviews submittals as needed. Assists in project close-out efforts including punch lists. Meets with governmental agencies or officials as needed. Serves as a technical team lead. Manages and maintains project electronic files.

Directs and coordinates activities of subordinate managerial personnel involved in operating retail chain stores in assigned area: interviews and selects individuals to fill managerial vacancies. Maintains employment records for each manager. Terminates employment of store managers whose performance does not meet company standards. Directs, through subordinate managerial personnel, compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards, such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel and grievance practices, and adherence to policies governing acceptance and processing of customer credit card charges. Inspects premises of assigned area stores to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances. Reviews operational records and reports of store managers to project sales and to determine store profitability. Coordinates sales and promotional activities of store managers. Analyzes marketing potential of new and existing store locations and recommends additional sites or deletion of existing area stores. Negotiates with vendors to enter into contracts for merchandise and determines allocations to each store manager.

Stocks store shelves and builds displays with specific product brand merchandise, and organizes backroom and/or freezer inventory. Rotates product through organized processes.: Ensures point-of-sale material is placed on shelves and displays. Establishes and maintains a rapport with key store individuals. Teams with Route Sales Representative to service store accounts within workload requirements. Identifies and communicates individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate product brand personnel. Maintains a timely and accurate call schedule.
