Administrative Assistant--support a senior account executive.    Help the account executive bring in additional sales by being the "right hand."  Assist with quotes, documents, travel arrangements, calendaring, reports, etc.  Also--communicate with clients.  Must be very detailed and have strong Excel skills.  This is in the IT/software industry--ideally the candidate has experience in that industry.  Must have experience supporting a sales executive.  Salary is $40k plus a bonus structure.  

Administrative Assistant to support the HR Director--this Dallas firm is looking for 5+ years of experience as an admin.  If you have supported someone in an HR department--that's a big plus.  This is calendar management, scheduling travel, ordering supplies, etc.  Looking for STABLE work history.  Salary up to $55k

Marketing/Sales Admin Assistant--Help the sales team meet their goals.  Prepare materials for presentations.  Communicate with clients.  Maintain calendar of meetings. Bachelors degree REQUIRED plus 3+ years of admin experience.  Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required.  Salary up to $45k.

Admin Assistant to VP of Operations--this is a lot about projects--what's happening, where are they in production, how close to completion, staying on top of it!  Collaborate with all departments in order to keep informed.  3+ years of admin experience required.  Salary up to $45k.

Administrative Assistant in commercial Construction firm--Assist the project manager.  Must have experience working in the commercial construction industry with knowledge of contracts/billing/draws.  Manage documents of projects.  Must be very, very detail oriented.  Must be very computer literate--Word, Excel.  Degree preferred, but not required.  Salary up to $50k.   

Executive Assistant to Director (President level).  This well-established Dallas firm needs an Executive Assistant to support a busy executive.  Create PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and reports.
Make travel arrangements and maintain calendar.  Prepare items for Board meeting.  Needs 5+ years an an executive assistant.  Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Salary around $60k.

Administrative Assistant in commercial real estate--and MUST have worked in commercial real estate.  Great firm--great opportunity to support a group of brokers.  Word, Excel, In-Design, and Illustrator. This position is in Dallas and salary at $40 to $45k.
