Office Manager--Dallas firm needs someone with 5+ years of experience as an office manager.  Must have experience negotiating contracts with vendors; file management; some HR (insurance and 401k).  MUST have strong software skills (Word, Excel--pivot tables, PowerPoint)   Helpful to know Illustrator and Photoshop.  Salary up to $60k.

PART-TIME Office Manager/Executive Assistant in Ft. Worth--this firm is looking for a professional office manager (10+ years of experience) to work afternoon hours (1 to 5 pm), Monday through Friday.  Prepare correspondence, oversee private art collection, order office supplies, make travel arrangements, and numerous other responsibilities.  

Executive Assistant to President.  This is a great opportunity to support this busy, busy executive. Handle all calendaring and travel arrangements.  create and reply to correspondence.  On call 24/7.  Overtime paid.  MUST have commercial real estate experience.  Salary around $60k.

Corporate receptionist in a manufacturing company just south of Dallas.  Receptionist needed in a very professional office.  Word and Excel and PowerPoint and  pleasant phone voice.   This position requires other admin responsibilities--working in spreadsheets and doing other data entry.  Great solid company.  Bilingual Spanish helpful, but not required.
