Eligible associates may select either the traditional PPO plan or the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Both Anthem medical plans offer a 3 tier pharmacy benefit. Dental Check ‘n Go offers dental coverage to eligible associates through Delta Dental. Healthy teeth are an important part of your overall well being. Vision Because eyesight is very important, Check ‘n Go offers vision coverage to eligible associates through VSP. Employee Assistance Program Check ‘n Go provides an Employee Assistance Program through Anthem. That means associates have access to information and resources to help identify and resolve problems, such as relationship and family concerns, child care and elder care needs, alcohol and drug issues, and support in times of loss or grief. Life Insurance Check ‘n Go understands how important financial stability is therefore we provide eligible associates with basic term life insurance coverage. Voluntary term life insurance offers eligible associates the opportunity to purchase supplementary insurance in addition to the life insurance benefit that the company provides. Flexible Spending Accounts Check ‘n Go offers two flexible spending accounts that allow eligible associates to set aside a portion of their pay, pre-tax, to pay for out-of-pocket expenses associated with health and dependent care. Voluntary Benefits Check ‘n Go offers a variety of voluntary benefits to accommodate the individual needs of eligible associates.
